房間環境臟，而且馬桶邊上有抽煙的煙頭，不知道是不是房間沒有打掃，凳子上面還有頭髮絲，房間地上也是很臟

特價房非常差！跟圖片完全不符，一打開又黴又昏暗又臭，還有小強在牆壁上。
加了幾十塊，升級了房間，廁所清潔也是惱火，枱子上全是污垢，床單也不乾淨，太惱火了

預訂的是柏克利酒店，到店的房間是樓上其他的酒店，明顯很久沒住人，衞生沒人打掃，床頭和桌子上一層灰，基本的拖鞋都沒有，空調聲音大，地漏不漏水，根本沒有居住感

房間設施衞生什麼基本都還行，就是退房有點無語，酒店介紹上面是兩點之前退房，結果十一點五十分打電話叫我退房，説系統是十二點退房，超時十五分鐘按續費或者鐘點房收費，無語。原本都看好介紹明明寫着14點之前退房，結果正在吃飯，11.50就打電話叫退房，不能超過12點

我補覺，9點住到晚上6點就走了。因為衹休息會兒，就選擇了價格比較便宜的，雖然有被煙頭燙過的痕跡，牀頭櫃有一點臟，但是床能睡就行，有個很大的梳粧桌，也可以辦公，但是光線很差化粧也不太好。可能總體感覺不太好。但是對於我來説，我就是要 便宜的睡一會兒而已，這個就夠了。在我需求之內。
