酒店環境很差，到處的灰層像一月沒有打掃一樣，床頭座機上的灰層厚厚的，桌子上也沒有擦乾淨。旅客慎選。

入住前沒有提前告知不提供洗漱用品，到酒店已經晚上10點多了，再跑出門買。進門辦入住一大堆注意事項，這個壞了多少錢那個壞了多少錢，我是來搞破壞的嗎？地毯，衞生間不乾淨，沙發都暗色，燈光也不明亮，裝修還老套。不是實在時間點不好換酒店，直接出門就走，這種酒店住的心情都沒有！差評！

新西亞大酒店停車場有人貼車後視鏡**二維碼廣告很難清理酒，酒店安保不行保安不管，我不想麻煩警察，我忍了，停車位衹有室外很緊張個個搶，前台熱情告知有顧客出去，早餐種類豐富，11年老酒店，馬桶圈臟和馬桶蓋有頭髮，花灑🚿不能小噴頭轉換，小茶杯臟茶壺內膽臟，軌道交通1號和五號交通便利。
