나쁘지 않게 머문거 같아요. 주변에 편의점도 있고. 근데 생수 딱 2개만 주는건 좀 야박하게 느껴지네요. 방문하실 분들은 생수 미리 사시길 바래요.

온천욕을하고자갔던여행을호텔측의
시설관리부족으로망처놓았습니다
욕실은청소가전혀않되어있어서곰팡이가
한달정도묵은채로방치되고있는옥실에서
어떻게 온천욕을합니까?
정말어처구니가없네요
미리호텔측에온천수가객실안에까지
공급이된다고해서숙소로정했는데
일반모텔을가도이정도는아닐텐데
비싼요금을지불하고정한숙소가
곰팡이가너무만아서사용할수없다면
정말미칠것같아요호텔이라고안심하고

온천물은 좋았어요 시설은 영 너무오래되고 방바닥은 삐걱삐걱 소리나고 조식은 넘넘부실 식빵은뻣뻣 과일도없고 커피는 호텔이 제일싼믹스커피 호텔이 모텔만도 못해요

가성비 좋은 호텔이지만 개선할 부분이 분명히 있습니다. 트립닷컴에서 예약할때는 분명히 욕조갖추어져 있는데, 막상 체크인할때는 샤워부스 룸 이라며, 욕조있는 룸은 추가요금 요구합니다. (당일 저뿐만 아니라 다른분들도 이문제로 심각하게 다투었으며, 저의 경우는 추가요금내고 욕조룸으로 변경하였습니다) 앞으로 사진올릴때 꼭 확인하시고 올려주시고, 머무르실분들도 이부분 미리확인하시고 예약하세요.

충주시에서 온천단지 전체에 온천수를 급수한다고 알고있는데 왜 다른호텔들과 물이 다르게 느껴지는걸까요..대중탕만 온천수인건 아니겠지요...?

리모델링한 지 얼마되지 않아 내부가 깨끗합니다.
거기에 밤 중에 데스크에 계셨던 노인 직원 분들이 정말 친절하셨습니다.
단, 온수가 중앙집중식이라 온수가 나오기까지 시간이 좀 걸리고 주변에 온천수가 있어 부득이하게 화장실 변기의 물 등에 이물질이 약간 있으며, 이는 호텔 측에서도 고지하고 있는 바입니다.
또한 조명이 약간 어둡습니다만 조명 스위치들은 편하게 잘 되어 있습니다.
이 근처에 간다면 다시 이용할 생각이 충분히 있습니다.
