"Second time staying here. It's great overall, great location great staff, great service, great kitchen in the room. I will definitely come back again. The only disappointment was at the end, there was a massive amount of people got locked out of the door during their late check out and even after front desk reactivated the card key, people were still locked out. At the end room service had to come to open the door for each and everyone."

"This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is also a must-see hotel for my winery trip to Kelowna. The hotel is close to the Delta Hotel. The rooms face the lake. There are three guest rooms + a living room + a mini kitchen. It is comfortable and spacious. There is a swimming pool and a SPA on the top floor of the hotel. My family grilled steaks, drank some red wine, and watched the sunset. It was so pleasant."
"The TV in the room welcomed me.
The view was great. The lake view was visible when I opened the door.
The mirror in the bathroom was also nice. The lighting was good.
There was also a window in the bathroom where I could see the lake view.
I liked it very much. Very good."
"The hotel has been in existence for a hundred years. The current building is rebuilt after the fire. There is a cultural and historic place... The hotel is located in a commercial street, very lively, bars, restaurants, cafes abound, just a stone's throw from the lake (always Can't remember the name of the lake, it is said that there is a dragon in the lake.)...The room is quite big, quite clean, facing the street but not noisy (the first photo was taken on the balcony of the room), the quality of Canadian citizens can be seen... Leave a memory hotel!"
"I almost didn't book here because it appears to be a 1950s motel with fresh paint. That would have been a huge mistake. The location is perfect for wandering downtown and the parks by the lake. The room was bright, colorful, and one of the cleanest ever. I couldn't stop being amazed by the updates and upgrades, and all the bright colors kept me smiling. The color matched vw bus in the lot defines the character. I will choose Hotel Zed again over any of the boring up-scale or traditional places to stay in Kelowna. It's different, fun, and a great place."
"This was a two day planned get away for my husbsnd and I. Great location, we walked everywhere. The deck was a bit dirty, however there is construction going on around this location. The garbage truck dumps the big bins at 5:30 am so if you get an early wake up call. The hotel itself is a good choice, restaurants is also good. No pub anymore, but does not say this online. All in all good stay."
"We stayed at this lovely B&B for some nights, which was perfect. The room is clean and cozy, and the common areas are excellent. Everything is just like the pictures and even more spacious. Mitsuko and Norm are wonderful hosts who are caring and thoughtful and bring the best to their guests. We see details in the comfy furniture, the cute plants, the hot tub, and every guest’s favorite: the yummy breakfast!"

Great
OOne of UsFriendly, and helpful staff. The location is very good. The Real Canadian Superstore is very close by, and a Costco is right behind Superstore.. Orchard Park Mall is across the street. The rooms were very clean. The beds, well I slept like a baby on them all night. Absolutely love the beds. The showerhead in.the room we were in was very modern and I loved it. The breakfast was pretty good. You can toast your bread/waffle fancy toaster you would see in Tim Hortons or A&W.Tgey have hard boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, granola bars, yogurt, tea, coffee, apple juice, orange juice and cranberry juice. Also they have a pool and hot tub very close to the reception desk to check in or out. Only a few parking spots in front, a few on the side and the rest of the parking is located in the back. If you park on the side of White Spot parking you will get towed or ticketed. The is a cement dividers and if it snows you may not see them as they are small. Please be aware and be careful. We will be booking here again. We had a balcony view. Thank you to Dilworth Inn for your kind hospitality. Thank you to this app I downloaded. You have no idea how grateful I am to you. Thank you

AAnonymous UserThe room was quite big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, free parking, Walmart was nearby and there was a McDonald's inside. The Vietnamese noodles outside the hotel were tasteless.

NNikki RoseArrived late night. There were to hotel staff at the reception and only one of them was nicer. I was awake for two days straight and it was my first time in Canada. Everything was different back in Saudi I told the receptionist so I might need some help or if she can guide me thru. No Bell boy or anything is accepted but the rude behavior of one of the old man was not, just because I'm asian.Wont reccommend to friends and they dont even accept cashh

GGuest UserExcellent hotel at great location. Staff were friendly. Room was nice and clean. They upgraded us for free to a room with kitchen. Sandra at front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfect for the price with a lot of amenities including breakfast. They also have boardgames that you can barrow to play.
Amazing experience.

SSharonkyThe in-room air conditioner was excessively noisy, necessitating its disengagement and the subsequent opening of a window. It is difficult to envision the situation during a particularly hot summer evening. Additionally, several large trucks were parked and engaged in the unloading of goods each morning at 6:00 PM. Notably, one of these trucks was positioned directly beneath our room, which proved to be an extremely irritating occurrence. The infrastructure of the hotel, particularly considering its recent opening, appears to have been inadequately planned to accommodate guests.
