"Le personnel est très gentil, agréable et disponible. Je regrette que la chambre echo soit très petite pour 2 personnes, sombre. Nous avions 15 ces de chaque côté pour accéder au.lit. trop de meuble, je suis revenue avec des bleus aux jambes. La veilleuse de nuit est entrée dans la chambre à 21h40 alors que nous dormions pour déposer notre parapluie."

"The bathtub in the room is designed without a shower curtain, which is a bit inconvenient to use. Everything else is good, the area is quite large. It is very close to the sea, just across the road. There are luxury stores around, which is very convenient for shopping. There are also many dining options. The location, environment and service are all very good, and I am very satisfied with the stay experience."

"There is a sandy beach, which children love. Regent had a power outage for an hour during dinner, and a lot of drinks and Easter eggs were delivered to the room. The chocolate tasted good. Because I am a platinum member, I booked a room each on IHG and Ctrip. Compared with the way of handling power outage complaints, it is obvious that Ctrip responded more quickly and actively, and promised to immediately change me to other hotels of the same type if the power outage continues. The measures have practical actions and are trustworthy. On the other hand, after IHG members complained to the European hotline, they said they would understand the situation and call me back, and then nothing happened. Many Housekeeping in the hotel are African or Muslim, but the service is really good, it is worth recommending, and it is worth praising Ctrip! So I give five points."

GGuest UserThe room is quite big. The toilet and bathroom are separated, which is convenient for the family. The toiletries in the bathroom are antipodes from my New Village, which is quite surprising. There are many types of breakfast, and the bread is freshly baked and very delicious. For parking, the hotel has a parking lot, but you can park on the roadside nearby at night, so there is no need to spend an extra 20 euros

YYolo123Everything was ok except our air conditioning didnt work after technician came to fix it started making ticking sound… ruined our night sleep they gave us an extra room to sleep in so we dont have to move our things in the middle of the night…. After we came back to our old room in the morning the ac was off again not functioning… also the bathroom was extremely small you have to walk on your side to get in

The owner lives on the top floor was very attentive and helpful at all times.
Located In a quiet neighbourhood only 10 mins. easy drive to the beach and restaurants.
Beautiful oasis like pool in the back and relaxing jacuzzi and wet sauna.
Simple yet lovely continental breakfast was served in a room every morning.
Free indoors car parking.

GGuest UserFirst of all, up to 5 stars of the hotel lacked a convenient location of the roses on the sides of the bed (one was at the bed and the other near the entrance).
The rest of the hotel is good. It was warm in the room, the air conditioner worked constantly for heating. The room was clean as in the photo on the Internet.
The bathroom was new, with fresh repair. We were provided with additional hygiene.
There is a staircase and an elevator in the hotel. To get to the rooms you have to walk through the breakfast room and climb up the other staircase above.
The concierge usually sits in the breakfast room, but as a crowd to someone comes - immediately approaches the entrance. Very polite all, we were able to leave the bags to the receptacle after the eviction. When entering the boarding house, they asked for a document - they took the driver's license instead of a passport without problems.
I asked for a room with the balcony, but it wasn 't as we were told, but we got the French balcony - beautiful !!!
The view was on the city, good.

RRenoncourtExpensive spa hotel for what you get. To be avoided at least in August. Has 2 swimming pools for 12 sunbeds in total. Rooftop swimming pool at the price of 20 € per person. We booked 2 nights from 7 to 09/08 and wanted to book 2 sunbeds on the 9th just for 1 / 2d. We were told that it had to be requested on a day-to-day basis. We set the alarm clock at 6:30 am to increase our chances. Everything was already booked. Suffice to say that we were well strolled.

SSivaa SaanthWonderful stay, the place is right next to the beach. Paid 60 Euros odd for the stay, after booking only 2 hrs before arrival, could not have asked for better ones. I and my wife are very happy with the assistance from the staff as well, they spoke in English and helped in checking in without anyone being there, as we arrived late. The building is secure and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and pubs. The room was quite compact but also comfortable, and has good ventilation, fresh air and access to natural lights, given the locality and budget, nothing more you can expect. Great for couples.
