Amazing hotel, very chilled and spacious, great rooms loads of tea coffee and water in the room.
Staff were all very professional, welcoming, and efficient. A really polished team who deliver top tier customer service at all times.
Couldn't connect devices to TV as it seems to be blocked from selecting sources.
I wouldn't stay anywhere else now in Leicester. Amazing value and amazing vibe The bar and breakfast restaurant are great although they stopped serving food at 9:15pm on the night we arrived.
A fiver to town in an Uber, 15 mins walk to the station, the hotel is next to Leicester Tigers stadium and also very close to the King Power.
You've got a corner shop, kebab house, McDonalds, and Morrisons all within a ten min walk too.

It was a wonderful stay with Holiday Inn Leicester. The family room is bigger than expected, hygiene, daily room cleaning, comfort air-con, electric chargers are sufficient, Staff were helpful.
Breakfast was great and rich. I will definitely come back if I revisit Leicester.

The location of Shadian is excellent, very close to Liszt Station. If you drive, free parking is available.
Staff have good attitude, polite and funny

GGuest UserTerrible Hotel, I stayed here about 3 years ago and it was very good, that’s why I booked it this time. On arrival, I was allocated the wrong room, twice, on the third attempt they managed to get it right.
The fire alarm went off 3 times between 6.00 and 7.00am, what a lovely way to wake up after traveling for 22 hour’s from Thailand.
Breakfast was nasty and there wasn’t any bacon left, so I asked a member of staff for some bacon and was told I would have to wait 10 minutes as the chef was on a fag break.

AAnonymous UserI had issues with the date so wasn't able to travel during the said booked time. I would like to give a special thanks to the lady I spoke to on phone who was really considerate and listened to me (I called several times) and arranged another day convenient for me. The room was nice but the walls were very thin due to which when people were playing music we could hear it in ours till 2am in the morning. Although they quickly responded when complained but the walls should be thicker so that people can enjoy their stay when they paid so much in a good hotel!

GGuest UserHotel is right in the centre of town in what used to be a department store (Fenwicks). Lots of bars, restaurants, shopping and history nearby (I grew up in Leicester). Staff were friendly and helpful and let us check in 3 hours early. Had a room in the smaller side building which was clean and bright but was quite overlooked by other rooms. The rooms opposite had curtains but we had roll down blinds so it was a choice between privacy and natural light - I hope they can remedy this. Hotel is very new and some small touches are still missing, such as a shelf in the shower for body wash and shampoo. Gym is well-equipped with a Smith machine, cables and a bench. I will definitely stay here again but hope they can make some small adjustments to make a great stay truly incredible!

TTessCI used to like this Premier Inn as I was quite happy with my previous stay.
However this time we were allocated with a low floor and not renovated room. When I requested for room change, I was requested to wait at the lobby till 3:30pm whilst the check-in time printed in the hotel confirmation was 2pm.
During the stay there was no room cleaning, and no replenishment of toiletries which was made our stay not comfy.
Pictures #1 and 2 are room not renovated and pictures #3 and 4 the refurbished one.

TTahera NI had to wait a little at the beginning as for some reason my booking wasn’t showing on their system. However I was given an upgraded room due to this. The first room smelt of cannabis and the edge of the bed metal piece was sticking out with shower gel half empty. Therefore I was given another room which was in excellent condition, it was a lot bigger with a massive TV screen. This hotel’s bathroom had a hair dryer and a hair straightener too. They also had an ironing board. The person at the reception was very friendly, smiled no matter what and even offered tea whilst I was waiting. Some of the rooms had good views example you could see the Leicester wheel.

TthomasThe checking in and out process was simple with no problems. There are ongoing renovations and improvements. The restaurant was closed however delivery options and nearby eateries and COOP mini market close by. Easy access to city center by bus or a 30 minute walk along the main road through the Victoria park near the University campus. It has a convenient location with an affordable price with free parking available.
