When we left, the boss helped us call a taxi to the bus station, which cost 40 euros. We recommend asking the boss to agree on the price in advance. When we came here, it was 30 euros to take a taxi ourselves. Taxis in Greece are really expensive, and they all take taxis while driving. We left our clothes on the beach a dozen kilometers away because of carelessness, and halfway to the airport we remembered that we had left things at the hotel, but the bosses were free to help us get them back. In addition, the hotel's restaurant is also great, breakfast is free, things are very rich, and the boss also sends us water or drinks from time to time. The photos sent are all hotel food. The hotel is located in the port of Zakinsos, the location is particularly convenient. Friends who don't drive can stay here and let the boss arrange everything. "**Hotel Review** I recently stayed at the Phoenix hotel located in a prime spot facing Solomon Square in Zakynthos town centre, and I was impressed by its beautiful surroundings. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making for a great start to my stay. Upon entering my room, I encountered a minor issue with the safe not working. However, I quickly called the reception, and a staff member promptly arrived to resolve the problem. The room itself was basic but had everything I needed, and considering the price I paid, it offered excellent value for money. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of options, and both the juice and coffee were outstanding. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, and I encountered no issues. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would happily recommend this hotel."

"It’s very close to the small town of Zakynthos, but with Shipwreck Bay in the northernmost part of the island and in the southernmost part. There is a swimming pool. Basically, all foreigners stay in. The breakfast is also very good. They are eaten by foreigners, but the Chinese stomach can barely eat it."

"Ottimo resort in riva al mare in un parco marino dove depositano le uova le tartarughe Caretta Caretta. È dotato di ampi spazi verdi e offre pasti e servizi all inclusive. Adatto a coppie, famiglie, amici. Tre ristoranti, piscina e campo da tennis. Unico problema: causa protocollo Covid (presumo dell'hotel) la pulizia della camera e il cambio asciugamani vengono effettuato a giorni alterni, però abbiamo chiesto in reception di rassettarci la camera ogni giorno con cambio completo degli asciugamani e ci hanno accontentati. Abbiamo soggiornato 13 notti in un bungalow superior vista mare, molto ampio, con ambiente separato per nostro figlio e patio attrezzato. I teli mare sono forniti e i lettini con ombrellone in piscina e prato confinante con la spiaggia sono gratuiti. Buon soggiorno in ambiente tranquillo, a contatto con la natura. "

"Overall facilities are good. However, the tourism consulting services provided by the hotel are lacking: I stayed for 4 days and the weather was bad, rainy and windy, and the boats out of the hotel were suspended. The hotel only provided their own services. When asked if there were restaurants or other nearby, they didn't know/or didn't tell. I can only stay in Shadian for 4 days. Actually, it’s not the case. On the last day, there were many restaurants and travel-related sea tours, including horse ride, car tour, jet tour, etc., just 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel. It was very lively."
