"I didn’t feel the apartment was well organized and prepared for us. I had booked and paid in advance for 6 people but amenities, facilities (hairdryer and wifi not existing) and breakfast was served for 3 people. I just don’t like to keep asking front desk for things. Maybe if the space were not ready that day better to cancel my booking."

"The hotel is located in the most strategic location of your aim to stay in the Kemang area South of Jakarta. Also this hotel is a very vibrant hang out place for many young people especially on weekends, which is why you should not choose it if you’re looking for peaceful sleep at night . The rooms are generally clean and provided with minimal amenities. Two big towels in each room but hand towels you need to ask otherwise they will not give you . Walls are in generally also too thin so you may have a chance to hear things that are happening next door or above your room ! My biggest problem with this Hotel is that the shower doesn’t really have Hot Water . It’s just little little bit warm and you have to turn off the Aircon in your room to avoid catch cold during and after shower . Their breakfast is excellent, the Nasi Goreng is famously known to be so delicious. I would still choose to stay here if it’s a short stay of 2 days but will not choose if it’s longer than that ."

The Langham Club was breathtaking, with its seamless design blending into the city view. The morning offerings of delicious food and drinks made it even better. One standout experience was dining at the Japanese restaurant “Morimoto.” It’s undoubtedly one of the best culinary experiences we’ve had in Jakarta. Heartfelt thanks to Eki for his exceptional concierge service; Fenny, Yuca, Naomi, Cindy, Naris, and Stevi for the delightful room decoration; and Mrs. Meirina, Julian, Agatha, Harun, Mega, and Joey for their outstanding service in the Langham Club. You all made our stay truly unforgettable!"

"Our room was on 18th floor but somehow we could hear the road traffic with motorbike honking very clearly unfortunately. Hotel could use some upgrade in terms of soundproof. Breakfast spread was superb. However, Japanese soufflé was not fluffy and pretty hard, Japanese sashimi quality was average, sushi roll rice was hard and not up to par, plain croissant was not as buttery and fluffy. The rest of the dishes was delicious and service was impeccable. Coffee was great too."

"A delightful stay at Somerset Grand Citra Hotel. Located nearby Lotte Mall Jakarta, there was plenty to do and lots of street food to try out as well. Rooms were massive and filled with lots of amenities. Go for the renovated rooms, it’s well worth the upgrade. Would highly recommend!!"
