"Outstanding customer services in Japan. All staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Johnson.
Staff were very proactive and professional. Feel welcoming staying here in the hotel and we all enjoy the stay very much.
Hardware is also awesome. New, very clean, comfortable room and bedding.
Plenty of free parking space in front and just a few steps away from the famous roadside station which serves delicious and signature tea products.
Highly recommended. Will definitely come back."

"There are not many hotel options in Iga. This one is closest to the train station and the highway bus station to Nagoya, and the location is quite convenient. It's also easy to walk to the Ninja Museum and Danjiri Hall.
The room is relatively small like other Japanese hotels, but it is clean and fully equipped.
Breakfast includes Western-style bread, jam, and butter, as well as Japanese-style rice, eggs, tofu, meat, etc.
The window overlooks Iga City. In the morning, the high mountains surrounding Iga Castle are beautiful with misty clouds."

"the host is super nice and accommodating. the location is quite convenient(7-11, family mart, train station all ＜10 minute walks). facilities are also pretty decent for the price. great value for money away from the crowded cities."
