Old-fashioned and quite old business hotel. The overall cleaning was done and the bed was semi-double and spacious, but I was disappointed that the bath towel in the bathroom had one hair. I set breakfast, but it was like the morning of an old cafe, and I was not satisfied with me who wanted to eat breakfast, so I wish I could choose either rice or bread. I think about the next stay a little.
Check in email was not sent, luckily trip customer support responded very fast. Bathroom is clean and the most comfortable bathroom i had in japan. Given the price i dont think any other hotel can match, just take note that this is an unmanned hotel
Clean room with stove, utensils and washing machine. Bed was slightly firm. Our room (101) was next to the road, but late at night it is quiet on the street.
Only 1 parking right next to the entrance that is slightly expensive. Surrounding open air parking lots were cheaper.
Entry is easy to miss (see photo) and self check-in did take some time via ipad.

Driving to the hotel requires high-level driving skills, and there are not enough parking spaces when arriving at the hotel on weekends. The waiter is friendly.
I booked a double bed room with an area of 16 square meters. It is not too small for two suitcases. The environment is very clean and tidy. The service 👍 buffet breakfast is quite rich and tastes good. It’s seven minutes away from Nagasaki Station, with shopping and dining options, and convenient transportation. It’s easy to choose Toyoko.

No mistake, the location is on the road from Nagasaki JR Station and then go to the opposite side to enter the small line, easy to find. I drive, there are many parking lots nearby, but most of them have to be 1000 yen - night parking fee. Good experience. Fully equipped. You can eat in the house, it's so fun. But check in at the beginning, I felt a bit difficult. It turned out to be not too complicated, let me explain the scare. I will receive an email mentioning the password the day before I check in. The entrance of the building is at the entrance of a small parking lot quarantine. It seems that the Tang Building in Hong Kong has a staircase level of about 10 levels. There is a gate password on the first floor on the left hand side. You can open the gate by pressing the password. The owner's e mail will tell you about the mailbox for loading the letter, don't care. Just press the password and press ”Confirm”. After opening the gate, depending on the floor you live on. If you live in Room 402, you have to go two more stairs. If you take a 27-inch suitcase or buy a lot of things back to the house, you will be a little tired. To the door of the room, you only need to give you the password inside the e mail. On the side of the door, open the black cover and twist 🤏 to have a password. It seems that the lock of the luggage is easy to open a cover. You will see the door lock key 🔑, and you can take it down. The key is the same, put the key back into the black cover, transfer the lock password to other codes, and cover it. The owner's e-mail is so complicated, in fact, it is so original, don't worry about opening the door. I hope it will be helpful for future stays. We stayed for three days and two nights, but unfortunately, she only gave me two toothpaste toothbrushes, only enough for a day, and finally I had to buy toothpaste myself. The carpet is not very clean, the suck is not enough, but as long as you wear slippers, there is no problem. Others, clean, wrong. recommend.

GGuest UserEverything was amaaaaaazing at our stay! Pity that we only had 1 night 😭 the hotel is brand new and the staff were all great. We were warmly welcomed by the bell desk staff at L1, he was so friendly and it was a great start. Check in was seamless! We stayed at the highest floor and the view was great. The staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne as we told them that it was a wedding anniversary celebration. The room was modern, clean, and the best! Parking is at Amu Plaza just beside the hotel. Gym facilities at L8 were brand new and clean. Overall the best experience and we would recommend everyone to stay here when they visit Nagasaki! Memorable stay and the highlight of our time in Nagasaki! We would love to visit here again! - Cassandra
RRetired Travel AgentService and attention to detail can make a difference. A truly professional hotel in every sense of the word in an excellent central Nagasaki position. Need mall food, and you are spoilt for choice. Local top Japanese restaurants were fully booked so the mall choices helped.
GGuest UserLarge hotel room! Staff were nice and friendly. This hotel provides a discount ticket to mount inasa for the awesome view! Hotel location was around a 10mins walk from nagasaki station, but was not an issue for us.
GGuest UserThe Staff are very welcoming with a vast knowledge of the local area and afar. Very friendly people. The hotel is minutes from the harbour next to a shopping mall which houses a food court in the basement with international foods as well as traditional local fayre. Next to the hotel is a Napalise Restaurant and a 7/11 supermarket.
The rooms are spacious enough for a single traveller with the usual amenities such as free drinking water, hairdryer, shower, clothing care products and for the first time ever I got a Bath-Bomb each day for the very deep bath-tub!
There are laundry machines on each floor which you enter your own made-up Personal Identification Number (PIN) 4 digits so that only you can open the machine, they take two hours for an average wash and dry for 600 Y.
I'd stay again without a doubt!!
GGuest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Candeo Hotel in Nagasaki, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Nestled in the heart of Chinatown, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers.
Additionally, the hotel is just a short 2-minute walk from bus stops, making it easy to explore the rest of Nagasaki with ease.
The hotel itself is modern and impeccably clean, which greatly enhanced the comfort of my stay. The check-in process is unique as it takes place on the 11th floor. Despite the initial surprise, the process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional.
The convenience of having various restaurants and convenience shops within walking distance is a significant plus. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or a full meal, you won’t have to venture far to find what you need.
Overall, my stay at Candeo Hotel was delightful. The combination of its convenient location, modern and clean facilities, and excellent service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Nagasaki. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.
FFui MeiNo frills, simple yet fully functional amenities. My family thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread & quality of food served. Onsen quality is better than some branded hotels found in the main city area. Our first time trying Dormy Inn and w are looking forward to the next!
메메워니* Standard Family Room / 3 people (carry-on luggage: 2 x 28-inch suitcases, 1 x 24-inch suitcase)
The stay at Corusant Hotel Nagasaki Station 2 was really great. The location was great, from Nagasaki Airport, you could take a bus right to Nagasaki Ekimae, and it was within 10 minutes on foot (with luggage) after getting off the bus. Nagasaki JR Station is also close to the bus terminal, so it was good to take the airport bus again. The tram stop is right on the main road, so it was GOOD!
The standard family room consists of 2 rooms with double beds (the larger room has a large built-in closet, so you can hang clothes and store suitcases!), a common space with a kitchen and living room, a shower room, and a toilet.
Since it is a residence hotel, the rooms with beds were spacious and the common space was spacious, so there was plenty of space even after opening all 3 suitcases, which was really nice. You can also store suitcases before and after check-in!!
成成先生I picked this hotel because it was right next to Nagasaki train station which made it super convenient to arrive and check-in without a hassle. The hotel is your standard Japanese style: very clean, comfortable and small. The check-in/check-out process was done via kiosk so not much customer service to rate. The price of the room was very reasonable, however, the thing I didn't like was the early checkout time at 10:00am instead of the usual 11 or noon at most other places. Other than that, this is a great hotel to stay at if you're visiting Nagasaki.
EEKKkkNice resort we even visited.
Resort occupied nearly 60% area of Lojima.
3 onsen areas offer without extra charges.
Worth to spend whole day in the resort, dinner is recommended as well.
And of course, staffs are friendly and helpful, higher than normal Japanese standard.
We must book again when we going to Nagasaki
Only one drawback is light show at night, too expensive and nothing special for us.
HHKJWAt midnight, the woman next to my bed suddenly open my curtain, it happened twice!!!
She is so rude and I’m so afraid, since there is no staff at night, I cannot ask for help immediately.
This is such a bad experience for me.
Other facilities are very good, bed and room are clean.
I think I’m bad luck to have such a bad and crazy roommate!
