"The staff are friendly and helpful. Very convenient place. Food courts, restaurants and nightclubs are nearby. Very spacious room.
But the water is not clear. It looks contaminated. I had the hesitation to get a shower. See attached picture. The ironing board was very dirty. It's full of stains. The TV operating system wasn't user friendly. It is difficult to use."

"I suggest the basement should reserve for the guest not only for long stay guest. It made a very inconvenient to us as no enough parking space and have to park very far away. Cleaning have to do everyday without any demand although I put notice to cleaning but no one turn up. The building a little bit noisy as the persons around like to pull the chair around "

"The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room was normal and clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attraction. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

"This hotel is newly renovated which located in the middle of a golf coast. The receptionist was nice and friendly, the room service was nice. The room we stayed in was really clean. Too bad this hotel does not have any swimming pool, it would be great if they have one! Nonetheless, I had a pleasant stay for 2 nights 😀"

"It was a 1hr drive from Miri city to the resort. The condition of Miri-Bintulu road was very challenging as its under major maintenance. We basically on 50km/hr. The resort is a good place for family get together esp when we have limited access to the internet & calls. There are a lot of physical activities you can do there in a group or solo. The resort tour included in the stay is a great exposure for kids to understand rainforest eco system. "

"I have book this hotel for our engineer who has a business trip at Miri. This is his 2nd stayed. This apartment is near to the Shell office just 10-15 minit walkin distance. There are lot of store at this building so it is convenience to get basic things. He like this hotel very much."

FfazlinaThe room is nice. Location wise also great. center, close to malls, just beside the road. everything there is great except the parking. which is a big turn off to me. They only allowed one time in and out, if you want to go in and out more than one time, you have to pay! then the worst part is, u have to queue for VERY long time to get car parked.they have fancy 'multi-storey' parking like in Japan, which was supposed to be convenient but yeah not for them. to get it parked i t took 30mins and so does to get it back.

GGB16I been staying here since 2015.Great Hotel with amazing hospitality, service, sweet smile every where(good Ong) . Here I would like thanks few personal who entercounter during my stay. Ms Bibiana,(front office) Ms Wene and Ms Gina (who cater my breakfast and coffee 🥐😊 every morning.
Always play good role take care thier inhouse customers.
Not forgetting the maid who make up my room, on 2nd floor. (I forget her name) fast and quick service.

Aazz412Checked in at 4pm but the rooms was not ready, thus i got a free upgrade to the next category room. Ocean view room offers a majestic view. The room was clean and spotless and no noise can be heard from outside. Bath tub overlooking the ocean. The only downfall is there is no carpet thus the floor can be cold when u walk barefoot.

YYY Tay AlsaadiyVery nice and comfy resort hotel! We are welcomed by the bell boy helping us with the luggage with big smiles and greetings.
The front desk politely ask for us to rest at lobby or can go for nearby shopping while we were waiting for the room to be ready ( we were early).
They gives us plenty of drinking waters to make sure we stay hydrated!
Swimming pool is big and nice ( they have several baby pool, and a big pool with various depths).
It was nice as they also provide us complementary dinner for 2 ( our booking comes with breakfast for 3 adults, kiddo is additional RM30). I would like to complement the restaurant staff - Rita who has given us the utmost great hospitality and flexibility as we request to pack food to go instead of dinning in ( dinner).
Overall I am impressed by this 5- star hospitality of Marriott. They never let me down with their superb services.

AA_TutiIt's a decent hotel located just next to the airport. *************. As we landed, we could already see the hotel from the runway. They provide excellent shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. We love the fact that it was so close to the airport as our daughter was only joining us after landing at around midnight. The staff was friendly and courteous. We were also very happy with the self service laundry that they provide. It was complimentary provided you bring your own detergent. Otherwise, you can buy detergent from the vending machine. Breakfast was yummy and a semi buffet. The sauna and infinity pool were very inviting but we didn't have time to try them. Too bad.

MMs. AliceThe hotel has a great location — it’s conveniently surrounded by many eateries, making it easy to grab food at any time. The room itself is quite spacious, which was a pleasant surprise.
However, the overall maintenance of the hotel needs serious improvement. The main carpet in the hallway had a strong unpleasant smell, and the windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Inside the room, both the floor and bathroom were noticeably dirty, which affected our comfort during the stay.
With better cleanliness and upkeep, this place has the potential to be much better.

EErna ZaabarMy recent stay at Lloyd's KL was a pleasant surprise.
They upgraded my room to a unique two-level layout, which added a special touch to the experience. I loved the cozy interior—perfect for a relaxing staycation. The breakfast was satisfying, and the location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Dona Cafe and TRX. Definitely planning to come back again for another staycation.
