"We enjoyed our three nights at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right under the hill of the Alhambra Palace (so it is quite easy to walk to the entrance gate), but on a quiet side street. Easy walking distance to nice restaurants, snack bars and heladerias! The front desk service is definitely five stars - we rely on a very helpful, English-speaking manager to recommend restaurants, book flamenco dances, arrange taxis, etc. The hotel is not luxurious but very comfortable and cozy, with a lovely rooftop bar for afternoon tea or wine. Highly recommended!"

"The bedding was clean and the housekeeping was timely. There were many types of breakfast, but they were the same every day. The front desk staff could speak English and we could communicate. However, when booking a room through an agent, there would be a situation where the person had arrived at the front desk but had not registered the information, and the room payment was not transferred to the hotel account when checking out."
