I am glad I booked this hotel for my last trip to riyadh as I was supposed to visit granada business park and it’s at 5 min walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is small and team is friendly especially the Chef at breakfast. The breakfast buffet is small but They can whip up eggs as you like or serve you crepes or waffles as well. Wi-Fi is slow though so you may have problems in holding those video calls after hours. Staff is new and mostly cater to domestic tourists so some times struggle with what you say which you expect them to know in any other hotel. E.g: it took 4 ppl to understand that I am asking them to keep my bag with the concierge at the time of check out 🤣 All in all a good choice if you are looking for a place to stay near Granada business park
We booked a family room with two bedrooms and a small living room. The hotel was great and spacious with all amenities The as it was hajj season, the hotel was empty. However, we were very disappointed with the staff. No one ever answered the housekeeping phone to ask for anything we had to contact the coffee shop at the lobby and ask him to ask the reception to call housekeeping. Also, the housekeeping staff was extremely rude and always irritated the reception. Also hardly anyone answered. At the reception in lobby the staff was very kind.
The room is clean and tidy. Although it was opened in 2017, it is still relatively new overall. The room is cleaned very quickly. The breakfast is also very rich. It is suitable for Chinese people. It takes about 25 minutes to take a taxi from the airport.
Positive feedback:
-Clean
-fashion
- quiet
-simple
-everything around the hotel
Negative feedback:
- The Hotel valet is always no one can serve you till you wait for 10-15 min or you contact the receptionist
- The hotel valet closed at 12 AM
- when they take my car they turn on the flasher more than 15 minutes which consume battery
- The housekeeping join the room without my permission even am turning on “don’t disturb” and I’m still in the room
- I booked for the standard room with Terrace but the balcony was not designed like the photos means no garden ( room 33 )
Overall rating: 7 from 10
May I visit again: maybe
The hotel is about 35 minutes drive from the airport and about 15 minutes drive from the Kingdom Center. The location is more convenient, and there are supermarkets and restaurants around. The hotel decoration is very new, the facilities are very good, but the room is not very big, the overall is good
Clean and tidy, the whole hotel is filled with a comfortable fragrance. The room is too small and the breakfast is relatively simple. The front desk is unwilling to call a taxi for the guests. I have to use a hotel taxi, but it is several times more expensive than the normal price.
I have stayed multiple times at mansard during my business trips in riyadh, i can say im very very satisfied for multiple reasons 1. The staff are friendly and helpful. 2. The room experience is great, i would suggest not having different sources of lighting that u need to separately turn off, maybe only rely on the lights that u can turn off with the switch located next to the bed 3. The water pressure and temperature are great, wish there was a bath tub 4. The hotel offers alot of facilities like the complementary executive lounge which is quite and great for reading a book and having a light bite 5. The complementary products in the bathroom are better than most hotels, which is nice 6. The person working on the reception was very thoughtful, he knew i needed an extra quite room so he considered that and didnt give me one that’s on the main street side 7. They can pack your breakfast to go, my most favorite thing because im always running late to work, and i love their food and coffee 8.the tv can screen mirror with an iphone, I’ve stayed at hotels that didnt have that i actually think only mansard has this , huge perk 9. The gym opens 24/7 , only downside is that its mixed 10. The location is 10/10 Overall i think mansard is the best hotel I’ve stayed in while visiting Riyadh although im very picky, the experience is well designed and thought of
Very hospitaple and friendly staff ,great suites with amenities and people going out of there ways to help you.breakfasr was very generous buffet, not to forget the nuce smiling guys and friends in the rec eption. On top of all you are trully in the middle if everywhere wich is very valuaple in a big crouded city like riyadh…keep it up

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe Chinese chef cooks three meals a day, which is delicious and very clean. The nanny cleans it every day. The room is also very big. The most important thing is that I can chat with the proprietress very well. She also recommends many places for me to check in and follow. The B&B group went to the Cliff of the World. Come again next time.
My stay at the St. Regis Riyadh was truly exceptional. The front desk staff provided a warm welcome and efficient check-in process, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. They recognized my Titanium status and graciously upgraded me to a superior room, enhancing my overall experience. The personalized butler service was a highlight of my stay. My assigned butler, Valentine, went above and beyond to cater to my preferences. When I mentioned my favorite hot beverage, which wasn't typically available on the hotel menu, Valentine creatively found a way to prepare it for me, showcasing his dedication to an exceptional guest experience! Throughout my stay, I was impressed by the consistently friendly and attentive staff. Saeed from Mombasa, Kenya, and Mike were particularly noteworthy in their excellent service, along with many other staff members who contributed to the pleasant atmosphere. The St. Regis Riyadh has certainly set a high standard for luxury hospitality. Their attention to detail, personalized service, and commitment to guest satisfaction made for a truly memorable stay. I'm grateful for the wonderful experience and look forward to future visits.
JJiudianshoucangjiaJackThe hotel's facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool, which is very good for both men and women;
The hotel's breakfast is very worthwhile and extremely rich, including Saudi-style Arabic coffee and dates, as well as rich vegetables and fruits to supplement vitamins. What’s even more amazing is that this hotel also has a Chinese restaurant with good food.
GGuest UserThe restaurant has a variety of cuisine very delicious especially the bbq and seafood. I highly recommend this Hotel for your future dinner or any hotel events booking. The Hotel is perfectly suited in a central area of Olaya where you can reach to nearby places quickly. I would like to thank all staff in the restaurant, all the team who made sure that our dinner is well arrange.
AArturNot a first time stay in this hotel. Previous stay was good. But the last stay was horrible. The hotel is under maintenance and there is no any information about it when you book the hotel. I came for check in at 10pm and receptionist informed me that it might be noise up to midnight due to maintenance. Why they don’t inform when you book the hotel. Guests should know this «peculiarity» before arrival in advance, not after.
I can accept that it might need to do maintenance. But why at night?! they were using heavy equipment for hummer drilling, hummering etc. even after complain to receptionist they continuously were hummering up to 12:30 am. It was horrible.
I supposed to take a rest after 6 hours driving, but due to this noise I could even sleep after midnight…
I’m fully disappointed with service and care of guest..
Even now after 2 days of my stay there is no any notification that the hotel is under maintenance. It is not fair for guest who is searching for rest..
And one more additional info. Next to the hotel building the new building civil works is ongoing and they also work with heavy duty equipment till midnight.
If you search the place for rest better to look for the alternative one.
GGuest UserA very convenient hotel for a business trip. Location is close to KAFD Food is good in all outlets The staff are friendly and nice Rooms are med-sized but clean and comfortable, the toilet is small :) There is a pool and a gym but didn’t try them this time
KKellyThe location is at the end of the kingdom
Tower. There is another Novotel nearer to the Kingdom tower if you are looking to be there. The amenities at this hotel is great. No issue getting uber ride. Bed and bathroom is clean. However, there was a few nights i need to ask for towel and bathroom mat as the cleaner forgot to put back but is a small matter. Overall a great stay as bed are firm and nice :)
JJIACHENGThis hotel is close to the Riyadh airport because there is an old hotel next to the airport. This hotel is still relatively new. The window can be opened. High-rise. Also helped me upgrade to a suite. :) This hotel is really good at Riyadh. This is the third hotel I stayed in for a trip to Riyadh. That's not bad. The other two are too old. There is a certain distance from the King's Building. Sleep quietly. Come out is the high speed mouth. Easy to get to the airport.
GGuest UserI usually try to find something positive to say about a place, but with this hotel it is almost impossible. If there was something good to say I think that going out of business would be the kindest thing. Everything is below any standard, but especially the service level of this hotel deserves the mention of being just horrible. Some daily picks: sound insulation is not available, non-smoking rooms are smelling of tobacco, A/C is making the loudest possible noise and the bedbugs are making attacks. Then you try to change rooms and the personnel inform that they will transfer the luggage to another room during a days absence and you arrive late in the evening just to notice that nothing has happened… On top of that when you get out of the shower naked a guy steps in with his luggage saying that he has a reservation for the same room.
GGuest UserThe room is fully equipped with TV, sofa and small refrigerator. The bathroom is a bit compact and the 0.8-meter bed is a bit narrow. Everything else is good and livable.
