The overall environment is very good, there are several cats in the store, and the staff can speak Chinese. There are swimming pools, swings, and trampolines. The breakfast tastes good. The temperature difference between day and night in Pai is quite big, remember to bring a jacket.

The hotel environment is very good, the service attitude is also OK, that is, the hot water temperature in the hotel is not high, poor physical fitness and the elderly are not suitable for bathing, and we arrived at the hotel the day before and had lunch at the hotel, and the result was given to us The second basin was provided with dust on it, so we had to wash the basin by ourselves as a last resort. We are not very satisfied with these two points, the others are okay.

99% perfect: The hotel is well located next to the river and we were lucky to have a bungalow direct on the river. The breakfast is great and have more than everything, also have some change from day to day, so can try something new daily and it's located on the riverside which is perfect in the morning. The manager Mike has a high hospitality knowleadge and share good vibes at all occasions. We would have loved to stay longer but is was sad that the hotel doesn't make any offer for longer stay. We will come back. 1% negatif: The other rooms were noisy even from outside. All the bathtubs from all the bungalows on the riverside are out of service which is really shame. The hot spring water swimmingpool is open to outsider until 7pm so it busy and noisy all day, however after that it is quiet (except twice while a couple with their very little kid stay until 11pm playing in the water). Our room was a bit cold at night (beginning of january) and all kind of insects came in the room.

I strongly recommend this hotel. It's beautiful, clean, safe, and people are so kind. Breakfast so tasty. It's not located in the downtown, but they offer pick-up and drop-off service so there was nothing uncomfortable with it. If you rent a motorbike the distance is no problem. 20 minutes by walk, about 3 minutes by motorbike.

The hotel is calm and quiet. The service of the staff is very good. But the condition is too old. There are few food choices. But the staff always makes it fresh.

The hotel is on the bank of the Bai River, and there is a pontoon to walk to the market. The staff are warm and thoughtful and helped to walk a long way with luggage. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Maybe they just came from the Tree House Hotel and finally feel relieved. I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast is rich, the order system, the service is very nice. The swimming pool was very clean, but unfortunately, it rained for a long time the next day. The water in the pool was cold and the children could not swim as expected. Compared to the weekend night market in Chiang Mai, the night market here is more suitable for eating and walking. The fruit pancakes are really delicious!

A small independent villa with a natural oxygen bar, a room is an independent space, quiet and beautiful, especially suitable for emptying yourself. It is 2 kilometers away from the Pai night market. The owner is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to pick you up every time. Of course, you can also rent a small motorcycle to ride! The owner is a local and speaks English. The house is a typical Thai-style wood house. Remember to take off your shoes when you enter and leave the house. If you go to live in Pai, I really recommend you to experience it~ The room is very clean, you can hear the birds calling in the morning, and breakfast It’s you who got up and the boss did it now~ that day sitting on the small balcony during the day, watching the boss and his wife take care of the yard, making grass and so on, and there are 3 puppies running around, hoping to get old. The best hotel I've ever stayed in in Pai. The swimming pool and rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Hot water comes out well. I've met a lot of good friends here, and I think it's going to be memorable for a long time later.

Giving this house a full 5 points is not to say that it is perfect, but to think that the price is really good in all aspects. The hotel is a few minutes walk away from the Aya bus station. The 7 of us had a lot of luggage. We called the hotel reception and immediately sent someone to pick us up. It is not on the main road, and it feels very quiet like a small paradise. There is a river in front of the hotel. Sitting in the open lobby of the hotel, the wind is blowing slowly, making it particularly comfortable. There is a small swimming pool, very beautiful, the water has a slight salty taste, each room is a small single-family house, there is a balcony at the door, it is still very clean, not bad in all aspects. It is also very close to the night market, but it does not include breakfast. I especially like the green plants in the hotel, like a garden.
