"The state government is next to it. The location is very good. The hotel is very clean. The room is large. I finally saw that the quilt has a quilt cover. The bathroom door wheels are well designed. There is a small warship not far away that you can visit."
"When searching for Albany's travel strategy, I found that the downtown of the city is not very safe, so I searched the surrounding campus area and found that the University at Albany campus area is 10 minutes away from the city by car. The hotel is located near the campus area
I feel that the cost-effectiveness of the hotels here is much higher than that in the urban area. Most of the hotels in the urban area do not have independent parking lots and require street pas, while hotels near the campus area can park for free. The room is also very big. The hotel does not include breakfast. If you want to upgrade the breakfast, you need to pay 11 dollars per person. It is recommended to go to the city to eat Brunch. The hotel room is big and the facilities are also very complete"

"Highly recommend this place! We were treated so well. They were very accommodating to us as we were traveling on bicycle. The home is beautiful. There are lovely gardens to enjoy. Our room was quiet, clean, and felt safe."
"From when I check in, I already knew my stay was gonna be lovely, great customer service, all needs was meant, my kids enjoy the basketball court , the suite was nice , a lil odor Bessie if the disposable, and hopefully next time , we can use the fire pit , over all was great 10/10 especially for price."
"Convenient location, walking to the city hall, landmark building, about ten minutes away. There are not many restaurants around, parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces. It is a good choice to pass for a day or two. Starbucks on the first floor of the hotel is not recommended, the price is high and the quality is very general"
"it was so so nice to have a bathtub in the US! there is an issue with third party booking and breakfast. Paid extra on this app to have a breakfast, and at the reception was told that they have begged third party booking to charge for breakfasts as they cannot provide them."
"The hotel is next to the road, there is no laundry room, and there is a cemetery not far from the window. The hotel does not provide slippers, and the Telephone Hotel in New York and Boston can still provide slippers, so there is no preparation, which is a bit inconvenient at night. The facilities in the room are relatively simple, budget hotel."
"The day before returning home, I asked the front desk to book a taxi to the airport the next morning, and was rejected by the front desk attendant. It’s ridiculous, I can’t imagine it. Is this a service level for a five-star hotel?"

RRondoudouGoService: Especially good, the front desk is very nice!
Facilities: Breakfast is OK, convenient to travel!
Hygienic: Very clean, a few toothbrushes, toothpaste combs, unlimited US hotels
GGuest UserThe air conditioning in the room is not good, it is very cold in winter, and the air conditioning is very loud. The sound insulation of the room is not very good, and the sound of talking in the next room is very clear.

GGuest UserNice spacious rooms with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Only drawback is they charge $10 day for parking. Stayed here a couple of years ago and there were no parking charges.
