Stayed here before and it seems to have gotten a bit rougher around the edges. Not really up to date. Could do with a deep clean and new paint. I arrived late at night and there was no more parking available in the garage. So I had to exit the garage and the security guard instructed me to park in front of the restaurant, which is not all that secure. Check-in was smooth and friendly. Roon itself was OK. Everything was there, just not very new. TV channels were limited and WiFI spotty (but did eventually work). If assigned a room at the back, don't expect any views, just that of the freeway off and on ramps.

The hotel location is very good and easy to find. The service staff is young and thoughtful. In the nearby restaurants, the supermarket is very convenient, and the shopping center is a five-speed taxi ride. There is breakfast, although it is bread, milk, fruit, etc., but you don't have to worry about it early in the morning.

To paraphrase Groucho Marx, I would never stay in a hotel that would have me as a guest. Rooms are immaculate, service is excellent, and the included breakfast at Happa is an unexpected perk. All of the above is much better than my friend and I deserve. Fortunately, we are not representative of the other guests, who I assume can drink coffee in bed without spilling.

Let me start off by saying the bed was the only thing that I found up to standard. The bathroom counter is dirty also with the shower head/shower tiles. Online there is a list of amenities at this location and half of them are not here. There is no breakfast in the morning, the pool is closed, there is no restaurant, tennis court, golf course, shops, or coffee shop. On top of that, the internet absolutely sucks. I’ve called the front desk 3 times within 15 minutes of being here with several issues. Oh and the TV only has one channel!

DDavid11981255To paraphrase Groucho Marx, I would never stay in a hotel that would have me as a guest. Rooms are immaculate, service is excellent, and the included breakfast at Happa is an unexpected perk. All of the above is much better than my friend and I deserve. Fortunately, we are not representative of the other guests, who I assume can drink coffee in bed without spilling.

GGuest UserStayed here before and it seems to have gotten a bit rougher around the edges. Not really up to date. Could do with a deep clean and new paint. I arrived late at night and there was no more parking available in the garage. So I had to exit the garage and the security guard instructed me to park in front of the restaurant, which is not all that secure. Check-in was smooth and friendly. Roon itself was OK. Everything was there, just not very new. TV channels were limited and WiFI spotty (but did eventually work). If assigned a room at the back, don't expect any views, just that of the freeway off and on ramps.

In the nearby restaurants, the supermarket is very convenient, and the shopping center is a five-speed taxi ride. There is breakfast, although it is bread, milk, fruit, etc., but you don't have to worry about it early in the morning.

GGuest UserLet me start off by saying the bed was the only thing that I found up to standard. The bathroom counter is dirty also with the shower head/shower tiles. Online there is a list of amenities at this location and half of them are not here. There is no breakfast in the morning, the pool is closed, there is no restaurant, tennis court, golf course, shops, or coffee shop. On top of that, the internet absolutely sucks. I’ve called the front desk 3 times within 15 minutes of being here with several issues. Oh and the TV only has one channel!
