"The room is spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, the front desk staff is friendly, the hotel does not seem to have an elevator, the highest floor is two floors, the front desk saw that I had a lot of luggage, and assigned me a room on the first floor. The worst thing was that after I checked in, a fly flew out while I was cooking, so I looked for it in the room, and then I found a few big flies behind the curtains, so it took me nearly two hours to clean it. Later, every time I returned to the room from outside, I found a few more flies flying around. I had to spend time cleaning the flies and disinfecting every day. Every time I entered the room, I closed the door as quickly as possible, but I still found flies every time. It was so bad. I will not stay here next time"

"Date of Stay: 07/04/2025 We had high hopes for our visit, especially after a fantastic check-in experience—the front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and very welcoming. Unfortunately, our stay took a disturbing turn (my furry kid found out that there was a mouse trapped under the couch coz she smells cheese snackies). Wait what? A mouse trapped inside a hotel room? Kiddos are feeling scared, but hopefully the little mouse better not come out to scare us. During the night, while my family and I were asleep, we heard some noise that seemed like someone was playing a plastic bag!!! We discovered that a mouse had gotten into our garbage, which had been left on the table. This was both unsettling and unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Cleanliness and pest control are basic expectations, and this incident left us extremely disappointed and concerned about the overall hygiene standards. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their maintenance and cleanliness procedures. It’s a shame, because the staff were wonderful and working hard to give guests a good experience."

"On the plus side, Our hotel was pretty close to our destination. However, We didn’t have a tv remote in our room. The lobby smelled like someone was smoking in it and our room smelled like hippie stoners baked it out for a week. Also, our blanket had a hole in it like someone burnt it with a cigarette. Other than the smells and the hole everything else seemed clean."

They checked me in quickly and provided all the necessary information with great patience.My room was spotless and beautifully decorated. "The room was good except for the mini fridge was not seated properly. We never got to try the food because there were so many people and not enough staff. We went down after 8:00 AM and there was no regular coffee just decaf. There were 2 woman before us waiting for coffee. We got 1 cup of coffee and nothing else of our paid for breakfast. There was a large group of people outside on the patio talking loudly way past 11 PM!"

"The room was clean, we arrived very late (1 am), the front desk had our keys ready and the check in was super fast. Breakfast of good quality overall, maybe more variety would have been better. We did not try the gym and pool."

"The front desk Woman was extremely nice and very helpful, the queen suite with a bedroom was really nice. Like a small apartment, very surprised still how big it was. It dod need a good wipe down sum sticky stuff on counters and dressers but other than that i REALLY likes the place and front desk people. Definitely will be returning there soon."

"The room was good. I stayed for two nights on August 21 and 22, but I forgot to take the 2 T-shirts and a shirt in the closet when I left the store. I went to the hotel front desk on the 25th and asked about it. I couldn't find it or had been thrown away as garbage. After learning the result, my mood became bad."
