"I rated the service as disappointing because we had booked the hotel for two nights anticipating that we would eat dinner in the dining room each evening. But we received an email 3 days before arrival informing us that the dining room would be closed n both those evening. Otherwise the service was good. The facilities were good except that on arrival there was no water in the taps. The staff corrected this after a couple of hours, but it was inconvenient.."

"It's clean, warm, and nice. It's an hour's walk from Bath Station, but the walking path is nice. The bedding is clean, the water comes out well, and there's no separate shampoo, so I use it as shower gel, but it doesn't come out well from the place attached to the bathroom, and the shampoo isn't good. It was a small room, but I was satisfied."

"I changed my itinerary temporarily and booked this hotel in a hurry. The taxi fare from the city is about RMB 100. Arriving at the hotel was beyond my expectation. The hotel is a very historical building. It feels a bit like a manor villa of a wealthy family. There is a warm atmosphere of home. For the restaurant, we went to the front desk to make a reservation and they told us that we could only be seated at eight o'clock. It tasted good👍"

"Positives - excellent receptionist (Vipin) and without his help I would have probably checked out early. Has parking. Reasonable location and access into central Bath. Has an electric kettle and a pack of cookies.
Not so positives - In desperate need of upgrade, creaking floors, wash basin outside the bathroom. It isn’t for work related travellers as you cannot even use an iron without tripping off the entire building main switch and once that happen there is no 24 hour active reception. No fan or iron provided in room so you have to ask. Tiny computer monitor used as a make shift TV that you have to pull out of a closet. No drinking water in room. Value for money not there as many better locations available at same or lower price."

"這個Villa有超過兩百年歷史，內部裝飾非常漂亮且有品味。位置不太好找，攜程位置是準確的，看到標牌附近有個小門按門鈴即可。提供的早餐很豐富，都是銀質餐具很貴氣。房間裏關於Villa的古老故事讓我睡前稍有焦慮，但想想超過兩百年歷史的古宅，發生於其中生生死死起起落落的故事自是不少，主人特意印了資料提起，背後的情緒應該是自豪吧"
