Great location, close to train station and lake. Hotel is small and a little tired, in need of a facelift, it offers an adequate breakfast, we had to ask for hot water for a cup of tea each morning as this wasn't readily available to help yourself. We chose half board option which is taken in the adjoining pizza restaurant. There is a 3 course menu offered and the food was very average, the pizzas were amazing though! The staff in the restaurant were extremely over- stretched and there were long waits for food with some drinks requests completely over-looked. The restaurant staff worked extremely hard and there efforts were admirable given the staff shortage problem. Special mention to Concetto and Francesca who were both very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Rooms were tired and in need of renovation, as was the public area I would rate this as an average 3 star hotel, but we had an amazing holiday and it is good value for money.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in April 2024. Our experience was one of disappoin**ent. The hotel stated they provided guest wifi which was not the case during our entire stay. The menu for hotel guests was very limited and repetitive. Poor quality food for breakfast and dinner. The service in the hotel was extremely poor especially at dinner. We often had to wait for up to 50 plus minutes to be served. We did complain but received a response that stated no guests waited for more than 15 minutes. This response was not true. The television had no English speaking channels, not even a news channel for English speaking guests. On questioning this we were told they had never been asked about this before. Some of the staff were friendly but this is not a hotel we would recommend to guests from England.

Situated in the old narrow streets there is no parking which can be an issue , but by being in the main part of the town means just a short walk to the promenade and lakeside with its bars and shops. We were lucky enough to arrive during a music festival so really had a taste of Italy . Nice room and food , lovely staff and reasonably priced.

Very sweet little room. It was tiny for three people plus suitcases, but we made it work. The woman at the front desk was wonderful! Breakfast was very good, and it was very easy to get to the hotel from the train station by foot. We could also easily get to the water ferry dock by foot. Just a warning for those coming in winter, most places are closed and the ferry only runs a few times a day. We did not get to see much of Lake Como because we had to wait four hours for the ferry. I wish we had planned more time to visit, it was so beautiful!

Ho avuto modo di alloggiare in questo splendido hotel sul lago di como con mia moglie durante una fuga romantica. Subito siamo stati accolti da Gianna Maria che ci ha illustrato tutte le attività da fare e la camera ed il giardino dove poter gustare una abbondante colazione. Abbiamo anche avuto modo di gustare i loro coktails davvero ben bilanciati. Ristorante ottimo dove vi è la possibilità di usufruire della mezza pensione, noi abbiamo mangiato le pizze gurment ma è anche possibile ordinare alla carta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Inoltre vi è un parcheggio custodito per auto e moto. Tutte le attrazione vicino. Consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Questo hotel è stato al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. Siamo arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio e Maria alla reception ci ha accolto in modo davvero cordiale invitando me e mio marito ad assaggiare dei buonissimi cocktail preparati nel lounge bar. La stanza con terrazzo con vista mozzafiato: pulita ,spaziosa e provvista di ogni confort. Abbiamo optato per la pizza gourmet per cena. Consiglio di assaggiarla assolutamente. Per non parlare della colazione super abbondante. Qualità prezzo ottima. Consiglio assolutamente

esperienza da ripetere , in questo hotel ci sono tutti gli ingredienti per vivere una vacanza serena e sopratutto per sentirsi in famiglia. dalla reception al servizio a tavola passando dall'ottima cucina , tutto eccellente. siamo stati sei giorni e abbiamo avuto subito la sensazione che fossimo nel posto esatto. grazie a tutto lo staff per aver contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza bellissima. ringraziamento particolare anche ai proprietari per le attenzioni per i clienti.

Piccolo e grazioso albergo situato in una viuzza ascendente nel centro di Colico, In cima alla via abbiamo trovato posteggio per l'auto, in quanto l'albergo essendo in centro storico è accessibile in auto ma non ha posteggio, Accogliente e confortevole. con camere pulite e piacevolmente arredate. Colazione buona ma nella norma. Personale estremamente efficace. Mi sento di consigliarlo.
