This hotel is very low cost. The room is small, and in order to create the so-called high-end feeling, there are a lot of unusable furniture and furnishings, which is even narrower! Worst hotel ever. No English spoken but they advertise this as a language on trip advisor. Booked on web site & despite emailing never received a confirmation. We arrived in Cordoba to find all roads closed off to the hotel. We drove around for 2 hours. We spoke to the police but no options. We rang the hotel but the very poor English was a barrier. She told us to park by the river. As elderly guests we could not walk this distance with our luggage. No communication from the hotel telling us of the road issue. I emailed to cancel the room we had booked for 2 nights. They have charged us for 2 nights. I have emailed them but no reply. I translated the email through Google. There seems no other way to contact the hotel. Only email is reservations. I just want my money returned.

We are a mature couple travelling around Spain and from the UK. The positives. The best of locations right in the old centre opposite the Mezquita. Modern hotel, good facilities, tv/shower (but no kettle). friendly staff. Adequate (just) buffet breakfast. The negatives. There is a grid/drain that smells awful in the tiny breakfast room that permeates the hotel including our first floor bedroom (103). Reception try to mask it with air spray or leaving front door open. The hotel rooms are over a Burger King that stays open past 1.a.m. So there is a lot of noise as passersby sit, yell, shout etc. until late evening. (Bins are emptied around 12.30 a.m. but that is the same for everyone). Not much space in room, one draw and 3 wall hangers so expect to live out of your case. Summary, brilliant location, good facilities but dreadful smell and a lot of noise. You make your choice.

Perfect location, right opposite the mosque-cathedral. Very friendly and helpful staff. However, the room was supposed to be sound-proofed and it most definitely wasn't. Luckily I had ear plugs, but despite using them I got woken up early on Sunday morning by some of the guests in the hall. Shower is a bit of a disaster as it's impossible to wash without soaking the mat and floor. Bed a bit small, we're both 1.80 m tall and our feet stuck out of the bottom. Shame really because it's a nice place, but if could do with some improvement. Breakfast OK. Good coffee

The room was purchased with a single room with a bathroom. Price 96 euros for a night! The room, in addition to being spartan, had a table, a comfortable room and a chair to be used as a comfortable room. To make a bide you need to be careful to your back because it is caught between the laundry. With a large bed 140 that defines marriage, with a very hard mattress. Wifi like it wasn't there. The only point is central, but the room is from a stall more than a star in relation to the PRICE! We had a heavy baggage we dragged from the reception to the accommodation (they are not in the same place) on packets breaking the baggage! Never again.
