Absolutely lovely hotel. Visited here previously and glad we returned. We've stayed at several hotels nearby, h10 dreams/suites/ corralejo Bay, but this just has it all. Rooms modern and spacious, staff friendly and helpful, restaurant has lovely food especially breakfast. Pool area clean and not problem getting a bed. Sun around Pool all day. Location is one of the best and although near the centre it's calm and peaceful around the pool and hotel. We stayed half board and like to go our in the evening so can't comment about evening entertainment but there was something on most nights. We booked through jet2 but have booked direct before and if you sign up to barcelo there are extra benefits there too.

Lovely clean hotel in centre of Corralejo, food was great and covers all tastes, plenty of choice, always hot and fresh. My only issue was that I booked a deluxe room which was described as standard but bigger in size, our room 1244 was actually a deluxe hydromassage room which had own sunbeds and hydromassage bath however although this gets sun all day there is no privacy, rooms 1242 to 1246 are overlooked by a petrol station to the left and a Sketchers shop directly opposite which was on the ground floor of a 3 floor shopping centre, the bar on the top level of the centre is directly opposite and people walk to the edge and I felt uncomfortable with that as they seem to stare at you as there is nothing else to look at, not the ideal location for rooms with what I would call private facilities. Apart from that all staff are lovely but we didnt think the pool bsr was as friendly as the rest of the hotel & staff.

Great accommodation and location, Food,staff, and entertainment was excellent. Our room was spotless and serviced every day, the house keeping staff were very thorough and nothing was a bother for them. Plenty of sun loungers and no need to be up at daft o’clock in order to get one. Jet 2 staff from the start to the end of our holiday were first class. The added bonus for us was the in resort check in, which I hear Jet2 are going to be discontinuing, which is very disappointing as was one of the main reasons I booked with Jet2.

Our first time staying in this hotel. Room was perfect, we were lucky to have one so close to the pool and evening entertainment that we could sit on our terrance of a nighttime and listen to the singers. Breakfast was lovely and always found something to eat. They had soya and oat milk which was amazing - meant I could have my morning drink. Dinner was always a little disappointing, we were half board and ate there 5/7 nights. Lots of cold meats and salad. I felt like there wasn’t much choice when it came to hot foods and it was all a little random. Think water should be free with your evening meal!

A third time at this wonderful hotel. A great location, spotlessly clean in all areas and very friendly staff. Large comfy clean room. Breakfast and lunch excellent as always however dinner has improved since 2023 and back to the standard previously enjoyed

My friend and I returned from this hotel on 24th April,from the moment we stepped in we were met by the most pleasant,welcoming,helpful staff.this was the case in all areas,bars the restaurant and especially the house keepers,Our room was gorgeous and spotlessly clean,as was the rest of the hotel.Food varied and tasty,lovely pool,plenty of sunbeds for everyone.we loved it so much we are booking again for October for a longer stay.Would totally recommend it to anyone.

I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was so happy and friendly. We loved it.
