GGuest UserWe just enjoy New Bern and wanted a quick stay to see the Christmas lights and enjoy the eateries! The Hampton provided a wonderful spot for us to relax. The staff is friendly and professional. The breakfast is delightful. The coffee is great!

AAmanda VaughanI don’t have any complaints. My room was super clean when my party & I arrived. I checked in rather easily. When I was late checking out I immediately called & my mind was put at ease. It was also easy to book the room again for one more night. The front desk was patient & had problem waiting for my confirmation number. The breakfast wasn’t the best due to the pandemic. There was cereal, fruit, sausage & eggs served by one person. The usually waffles/pancakes unfortunately was not offered. I did my laundry for 2.75/load/washer/dryer. The are practicing social distancing, they have hand sanitizer stations through out the hotel. Reminder signs all over hotel.

VVanThis is not a fancy hotel. However, it has the best price in the area, by far. The location is great! We can put our kayak in the river right from the parking lot. Downtown is a short, picturesque walk across the bridge with lots of restaurants and sights. Service and breakfast is good. It could use some serious updating, but, again, the price is reasonable.
