Park Regis Concierge Apartments Reviews

My room number is 504. The location of the apartment is good .There is a supermarket and dessert shop on the right side, and a bar on the left side of the apartment! There is a bus stop right at the main entrance of the apartment, but there is a notice at the boarding point. At the entrance of the apartment for a while, and then you need to walk a distance of 300 meters. The guest room is well-equipped with a kitchen and washing machine. The only experience that I feel regretful about is the service provided by the apartment. Due to the flight departing at 22:00pm. I went to Concierge one day in advance and requested to check out at 12:00. Agreed, but at 10:30 am upon check-out, a middle-aged lady and a room attendant knocked on the door, hoping that I would leave the room as soon as possible. As a globally renowned provider of high-quality services, Concierge is committed to meeting all reasonable requests must be fulfilled .Okay, okay, no, it's just not possible. I think this is a problem with the entire apartment training. I have stayed in so many hotels and apartments around the world, and I just want to say that this experience was not very enjoyable. We were there for a wedding nearby, it was perfect for our family of three. Clean and tidy and almost everything was available close to the hotel. The parking is available but is paid separately depending on the platform used for booking.

Very well located hotel, opposite the bus station, which leads to the center of Sydney. Basic but well-equipped room. The staff was very kind and welcoming!

The equipment is very complete, including washing machine, dishwasher, clothes drying rack, oven, microwave oven and induction cooker. Moreover, kitchen utensils, tableware and stoves are all available. There is a supermarket downstairs where you can buy daily necessities and ingredients. The front desk staff were very polite. The location is relatively remote, but there is a bus stop downstairs to Chatswood and Manly Beach.

Service was very friendly It was my favorite neighborhood. There are many places to walk around and many good cafes. There is a supermarket right below.

You can also see the sea, which is a surprise! It is more convenient to go to the zoo
