"This was actually a very big surprise to find a well equipped and clean apartment in the city and so close to the Hospital that I was in for some procedures! Will for sure use this apartment in the future with my future operations.
A Friend directed me to this place and very thankful for it."
"The room is ok, we are the hotel at 8 o'clock in the evening. But there was no one at the front desk, only the envelope was left, and there was an introduction to our keys and a room. Had to press the call, the voice of an old man, can not tell the words, exchanged for a long time and finally successfully checked in. Wi-Fi is not free, it’s horrible. Fortunately, I have my own portable Wi-Fi. There is still time to take a taxi to see the light show of the opera house. Take a taxi to the opera house and it will look like a dozen Australian dollars."
"I had a delightful stay at this hotel – truly a wonderful place. The unlimited bread and tea offered a comforting touch to my experience. The service was exceptionally nice, making my stay memorable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The bathroom amenities, including good shampoo and conditioner, added to the overall positive impression. Lastly, the hotel’s strategic location near a bus stop made it convenient for travel. Highly recommended!"

"It is a budget hotel. The public areas are clean and the external environment is quite beautiful. However, the kitchen and bathroom are shared, which is not very convenient. Especially the room you checked in at the beginning is just above the kitchen. Someone is making food in the kitchen in the middle of the night. Ding ding ding. The loud noise woke people up, or it was the smell of oil smoke in the whole building. Later, I finally changed rooms. Several local Australian young people went to the courtyard to have a barbecue and talk every other night. It was also midnight, and it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. If you are not a good sleeper, you can still stay here. But for me, I won’t dare to stay here anymore. I have to wear earplugs when I sleep. It’s not suitable for me. When going to the toilet or having breakfast, you have to double check whether you have the room card with you, otherwise there will be no one at the front desk and you will not be able to enter the room."
"Nice, casual, unassuming hotel with generous sized room. Lovely touches like a washer and dryer included which is really appreciated. Small details like fresh milk, hot chocolate and a coffee machine adds to the charm. Great location as it’s a 5 min walk to St Leonard’s train station. Would stay again."
"Pros:
-Breakfast had a nice touch with the DIY juice station.
-Room was clean and functional.
Cons:
-The room entrance was narrow and inconvenient due to luggage and hanger placement.
-No slippers provided.
-Staff did not ask about membership or offer much information during check-in.
-Coffee at breakfast was not included and required an extra fee.
Overall:
A very average stay. The hotel claims to have been renovated, but the improvements didn’t stand out. Service was minimal and lacked attention to detail."
"Close to the subway station and pubs Spacious room - Housekeeping was done only once for 4 nights. The drain in the bath room was blocked easily. Wifi got disconnected frequently and was slow."
"The hotel was clean, room well designed with handy shelving and coat hooks. Staff were very lovely and attentive. Bed comfortable and tv had Chromecast. No late checkout offered even though we had paid the highest premium for the room for the year. Though we were provided complimentary wine given it was New Years which was very thoughtful.
The pool was a bit average, could be fixed up with a spa and sauna added and better seating/greenery on the roof.
Overall would stay there again. Excellent location to north Sydney areas."
"The hotel is new & near, located and surrounded by convenient chemist warehouse and nice coffee shops such as Public Coffee that we had a great brunch there. We were staying in 2010 so can have a corner room to have a good lookout. Walk 20 min to Lavendar Bay and Milsons Point Ferry Wharf which provides great scenery."
"Facilities: Fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, ready for move-in. Suitable for families with children to cook for themselves at any time. Washing machines and dryers are available.
Environment: One bedroom and one living room, balcony facing the sea, with a view of the opera house. Located in North Sydney, it takes only a few minutes to go downstairs to the supermarket and subway.
Service: Thoughtful service. After all, it is a self-catering apartment.
Hygiene: The hotel does not clean daily in the traditional way. Once every three days, if you need materials or enhanced cleaning during this period, you can contact the hotel for paid cleaning."
