The hotel is good but the parking leaves to be desired. I had to park in the ground and it is so low that the front of the car is dragging on the ground (this is not even down my car). The floor doesn't leave the lights on the ground and it's very dark, it has some sensors of proximity but only near the lifts that I realized.. Good morning breakfast, one of the towels was a little incarnated, small but cool room.

This was truly an amazing experience. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Their breakfast is great with all sorts of treats, breads, fruits, fresh juices, among other delicious food. Novotel’s staff members are friendly, highly professional and courteous. Shoutout to Ailton and Pamella who work at the front desk. They made sure our check in and check out process went smoothly and always greeted us with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Curitiba. It’s located in a safe area and there are stores, restaurants, pharmacies and even a mall nearby.

Hotel looks nice but their billing and food service are awful. They refused to cook me a vegetarian meal, telling me I should eat chicken. Eventually they gave me a plain plate of chips. I complained at check out and the hotel took the price of the meal off the bill. Excellent, I thought that was that. No such luck. A month later, the hotel billed my credit card for the meal. But they didn’t send an invoice. With no invoice, I couldn’t claim on my expenses and I wasn’t even sure this was for the meal - it could have been fraud. I repeatedly called and emailed the hotel but they ignored me. Reported to head office also, but they took six weeks to reply and still sent no invoice. Eventually got a local colleague to sort out the mess. I understand the hotel actually broke Brazilian law charging a credit card when the card holder was not present.

I booked this hotel after seeing great reviews but ‘Great’ is not something I experienced. Staff were unwelcoming, check-in took about 15mins where the only word spoken to us was “passport”. It should never be an expectation that staff be fluent in English (but it helps) however to have 0 communication was disastrous. Even asking for ‘red wine’ the evening after took several attempts. There were several plug sockets in the room that did not function as well as tv remote that did not work. Little things like this I could have reported if I felt the English level of the staff in the hotel was adequate. Instead we just had to adapt. Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel in Batel was perfect for my work visits. Gym also had a great view and was spacious. But definitely not a place I’d choose to return to and hope other non-Portuguese speakers receive a better welcome and experience than I did!

This hotel was a found in Curitiba. We love everything: location, service, breakfast. All was excellent. There is a wonderful pizza store at a square of the hotel, and several restaurants a few squares behind it. If I come back one day, I'd certainly host myself again at the MOOV.

No quesito limpeza e organização o hotel foi bem. No entanto vim com um grupo de pessoas para gravacao de uma viagem e ficamos apenas uma noite. Na hora da saída das motos, (detalhe eu estava sem moto) no momento em que eu estava na recepção fechando a conta de todo mundo. Um funcionário do estacionamento (detalhe nem de carro eu estava) foi veio me dar uma bronca por um motivo que até o momento eu não estou sabendo qual...Para mim o mínimo que deveria acontecer seria o respeito por qualquer pessoa, pois na frente de todos inclusive do recepcionista que é prova disso ele soltou os cachorros cima de mim. Espero que o Hotel gerencie melhor as empresas contratadas e não deixem uma experiência ruim aos usuários, faltou conversa e educação, situação constrangedora.
