The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

Check in after long day business meeting and can't wait to take break just for taking shower and get a cup of nice coffee...and finally I arrived at Fame Hotel Gading Serpong. I love the hotel especially the color & music, on the check in process it was went well and there's a young lady stand up beside the FO staff listening and observing all the process. The following day I met her again at the Lobby and she approach me just to say hallo, asked about my experience and feedback gently and at the same time she over me a cup of coffee even though she knew I have done my breakfast. I know she's very knew work with Fame Hotel Gading Serpong however she's ( Iren ) is very important asset for the company. I am wring this feedback not because she over me a cup of coffee. She's really showcased her roles as hotelier. Nice to meet you Iren and I will comeback and thank you for your warmest hospitality.

It was a long trip. Was in Indonesia after visiting multiple countries in a business trip. As I was to stay for a week in Indonesia, was sceptical about IBIS owing to the room size. Initially booked for just a day. But that day made the difference and I stayed for the whole week in the same room. A couple of their staffs were extremely good and made me change my decision. Puji stuck a casual conversation on the first day. He was extremely helpful in choosing my food and good company. He and Robby were good company and my reason for staying the full time in IBIS. The hotel is very new, the facilities are perfect, the swimming pool is not big, but the water is very clean. The attitude of the service staff is very good, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the best choice in Jakarta.
