The water was cut and they were not able to offer even if it was bottled , while I explained to them that I was with the shampoo in my head, they told me to wait and shower for an hour to see if they could solve it, what they gave her just 4 hours later... and the worst thing that when I told them about the water her first comment from the receptionist was that she could not do anything because she didn't know

The hotel is in a pretty deaf place. It can only be recommended for this area. Unfortunately the room was dirty. At such price there were more comfortable hotels. The hotel itself is not bad. It just needs to be cleaned up.

The room was everything you need for a hotel. The staff were super friendly and always wanted to make your stay great. Although the hotel is not close to the main tourist plaza, it is close to a great shopping ***** and the neighbourhood is nice. I would stay here again.
