Great staff but difficult to sleep due to the loud noise. The property has no sound proofing and thin walls. I heard dogs barking, people talking outside and then you hear people in their rooms. Sheets had stains on them.

It is a nice and affordable hotel in a good location in the center of Cuzco. People is friendly and helpful. Secure for overseas people. Nice for the family and everyone. Nice and clean. You can go walking to the center of Cuzco ….

Foi simplesmente o pior hotel que já estive na vida. Vamos a alguns apontamentos: wi-fi não funciona, tudo muito sujo, colchas e cobertas nunca são limpas (foto com sujeiras), café da manhã intragável (gastamos tomando café fora, e isso que me contento com um pão com manteiga mas o deles é horroroso), ralo intupido do banheiro, a cortina não bloqueia a luz, funcionários preguiçosos (não queriam buscar secador de cabelo, tivemos que pedir 3 vezes para instalar o cabo da TV para ligar), e para piorar nem uma água quente para um banho teve nos últimos dias. Fujam!!!! Não aceitem ficar nesse hotel ou passarão raiva.
