Location is great, the service wasn’t too bad , people were generally nice. unfortunately it was very disappointing that the room was not as clean as we thought it should be as shown in the pictures. There were dust on bed frame and ledge, stains on wall too.

Great location. Out dated inside. Noisy from the 6th floor, curtains didn’t fully close so woke us up early when the sun rose

I have to say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many. Everything about this hotel was beyond my expectations. The staff were amazing, the facilities, food, location, room. There are not enough superlatives to use. I am very sad to leave here today. Thank you to everyone! It was an unforgettable experience.

Location is great. Staff is extremely nice. The king size bed turned out to be just 2 smaller beds put together. With the hole between the two mattresses in the middle. Breakfast finishes at 9.30, which is ridiculously early for a vacation destination. They can exchange currency at reception, but the rate is obviously bad: I got 520k VND for my 200 HKD.  Don't make my mistake.

All the staff are kind. Facilities, clean welcome, good location, staff treat me like a family. Thanks to the hotel here, I'm leaving good memories in Da Nang. The hotel is near the river. In a good location There are many restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. There is a swimming pool and spa service. The breakfast is good with a variety to choose from. The rooms are clean. The service staff recommends very good places. Impressive service I will definitely come back to stay again.

The room is old and the hot water capacity is not high. They share a hot water source! A swimming pool is like a bathtub, so don’t forget to use it! The quality of the waiters is unparalleled, good, good! But the hardware is so bad!

The location is in the center of Da Nang. Eating is convenient. It's more than ten minutes' walk from Longqiao.

The staff was very friendly. Cindy at the front desk was especially great. The facilities were old, but they were well-cleaned. The hot water came out well and the toilet flushed properly. The door guard was broken, which made me a little uneasy. The smell of linen fabric softener was strong, but when I mentioned it to Cindy, she said she would immediately share it with the whole hotel and improve it in the future. I felt good knowing that they were very polite and helpful.

The staff is impeccable, with unfailing kindness. Very caring and attentive. Sleeping 4 nights in this hotel was a pleasure. The location is great, view of the city. Open-air swimming pool and gym which allows you to enjoy the sunset.

Cleanliness was good, service was good, and the counter staff was friendly! Breakfast is a bit lacking for Koreans. It was nice that it was close to the bank.

Nice hotel, the location is just right, not noisy, Jenny and Cara at the front desk are very friendly, and the luggage guy is also very good, it is very close to the cathedral, museum, Dragon Bridge, Han market

The two lovely girls who work in the morning and evening shifts provide friendly service and are very close to the Han Market.

All employees love Help with everything. There is definitely a chance to go back and stay again.
