I made a reservation for 2 people, but when 4 people said we would stay for 0.5 nights, they gave us a room with 3 beds. The bathroom is a little dirty, but other than that, everything is good!! The staff are very friendly

This is a hotel that opened not long ago. The facilities are good. The check-in experience at the front desk is not very good. The details need to be improved. The other staff are smiling and polite. The king-size room is on a lower floor. There are a lot of Vietnamese motorcycles, and they drive very fast and make a lot of noise!

The hotel is really near the beach which is nice. There are lots of convenience stores nearby.
The lobby is quite small but the breakfast was good. They served a multitude of vietnamese dishes.
The bathroom is small and there is no shower curtain. This means that water from the bathtub can spill everywhere.
The beds were also creaky and old. They were quite uncomfortable and unstable.

The location here is really bad. Han Market Currency Exchange, Yongdari Pink Cathedral, Azis Spa, Nail, Antoi Kong Cafe, etc. are all within a 5-minute walk! I took the river view, and the view was really pretty, and the breakfast was clean and delicious! 100% intention to revisit

On this trip to Vietnam, we chose Premier Village DaNang resort for our five-day-four-night stay. This resort is very large and clean. The vacation villa I selected has two floors with a private pool and direct access to the beach, so in the morning, I can go straight to the beach to watch the sunrise, which is very convenient. The staff here are also very enthusiastic, helpful, and can communicate in English without any problems. They are also very enthusiastic about introducing local cuisine to us. Because the place is so big, we have to use a Buggy car every time we go in and out. Their attentiveness and politeness are very heartwarming! I'm really happy that we chose this resort this time, and if I have the chance, I will come again. Thank you for providing me with a wonderful journey. Awesome!!

Very Good
YybelkinRisemount Resort Hotel Da Nang is an amazing resort with a beautiful Italian village style. Receptionists and managers speak English fluently, so you don't need to worry about misunderstandings. All the food and drinks at breakfast are delicious. The staff is always ready to go towards you, no matter how big the problem is - just a craving for grilled bacon or a global issue with AC. The thing that bothers me sometimes is incompetent housekeepers and engineers. Usually, they are getting late at coming to your room, so you will need to put some effort into them to actually come to help with your issues. The only engineer who spoke English was the guy who helped us out with separate WiFi.
I think that Risemount Resort is a great hotel. Still, the incompetency of housekeepers and engineers makes any issue-solving a tiring process, going back & forth just trying to get the engineer in your room, not to mention that you still need to explain the issue to them.
I know that I can say one thing - Risemount Resort Hotel Da Nang is a very nice hotel to stay, but without knowing Vietnamese or being ready to use Google Translate all the time your experience in this charming resort might get more stressful, or even annoying.

Our family stay at Balcona Hotel Da Nang was fantastic! The hotel is right across from My Khe Beach, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to the sand. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony overlooking the sea—perfect for relaxing.
The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the coastline. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of local and international dishes, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The location was ideal, with restaurants and cafes nearby, and it was easy to reach Ba Na Hills, Marble Mountains, and the Dragon Bridge.
Overall, a great family-friendly hotel with beautiful views and excellent service—highly recommended!

GGuest UserWe are extremely happy with the hotel. The hotel is new and stylish. A free upgrade to the beautiful beach front room was a present surprise when we checked in. The gym, swimming pool & spa are decent and well maintained. The buffet breakfast and rooftop bar are nice. Out of all, we really appreciated the services of the staffs. They were very helpful and spoke good English. We ended up booking one more night to stay during our trip. Two thumbs up for Radisson Red…highly recommended!

YYy WooMercure Danang French Village Hotel Review
Mercure Danang French Village is in a fantastic location, being the only hotel on the hill. Everything you need—restaurants, a market, the theme park, and attractions—is within walking distance, making it very convenient for visitors.
The hotel’s interior design is simple, so don’t expect a very modern or luxurious room. It fits the theme of the French Village but may feel a bit dated for those who prefer contemporary decor.
However, the biggest downside is the front desk service. When we arrived to check in, there was a large crowd, but no clear signage or staff directing guests where to queue. I initially lined up in the wrong place and only realized after 10 minutes that I had to start over in the correct queue. Despite peak hours, only two counters were open, which resulted in a long wait of around 20-30 minutes. If there’s a large family ahead of you, expect to wait even longer.
Another inconvenience is that guests have to carry their luggage up the hill to the hotel. Since I was traveling with my 5-year-old, I was lucky to have just one suitcase, but for families with more bags, this could be quite a hassle.
Overall, while the location is unbeatable and convenient for exploring Ba Na Hills, the check-in process and front desk service could be much better managed.

EEdThe staff were very friendly and helpful as I arrived. There is no railing or disabled entrance to the hotel. Fortunately I was not raining as the entrance is polished marble.
The room was quite pleasant. Nice overall no disabled bars, but the staff got a chair so I could shower.
Breakfast was a guess work as there were no labels or descriptions of the items. Food was passable and filling.

JJan DarrThe service at Fivitel King in Da Nang is seamless. The staff from the reception area, catering and cleaning are all so friendly and will always acknowledge you.
The roof top bar with its panoramic views and the two pools is simply a great place to make friends or spend time out and recover from the sightseeing in Da Nang.
The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all a traveller would need.
The breakfasts provide a wide variety of Asian and western foods. Again the staff are on the ball and so very helpful.

AAnonymous UserAsked for room on higher floor, got given one on 10th floor with great views over the city. Room was called a superior double but I've seen bigger match boxes. Very small room. Bed, pillows & duvet comfy. TV has 3-4 English movie channels (after I had to re-tune it!). Amazing infinity pool on roof but to cold when we stayed so didn't get to use it. Staff offer to clean your room everyday (we stayed 3 days) and give you fresh water. Great location, cool bar on opposite side of Rd, with mini mart next to that , also cheap launderette opposite bar (Hotel laundry expensive). And opposite the mini mart is Fly Burgers......so so tasty, really cheap and loads of veggie options. All of this within 30secs walk of hotel. 2min walk to beach but again way to cold when we stayed (early Jan). Buffet breakfast is great , lots of choice. Only thing they don't tell you is if you want eggs (fried, scrambled, omelette) there is a little counter that you have to go to and specifically ask for. The fried eggs where the snottiest I ever. Had to scrape half a plate of uncooked snotty egg onto plate before eating. Omelette v nice though. The only reason I marked down amenities is the shower. Door has massive gaps so the small bathroom floor floods everytime. Also the water must be on some old style thermostat tank as the hot runs out after about 2minutes.

Vvale92This hotel is lovely! In the outskirts of the city, but not too far away from it, it has a private beach with white sand and an awesome view. Their breakfast is rich and varied and their restaurant offers all-day dining service. They also offers tours to the nearby landmarks and attractions if needed. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to fully relax and enjoy a beach holiday.

KKateshokurovaIt’s very good for the price. Location is perfect, but it’s noisy at night. The stuff is very friendly and speak English, they allowed me to check in earlier, and at first they gave me the room without windows and I asked to change and they gave me bigger room without windows two big beds!
But the furniture is old, curtains, shower and toilet is like from the 90ths… and inside it’s like a big maze…. And u can hear your neighbors speaking… so I don’t really like it.
5/10 only for a few nights

VVelIt's going to be a rather long review. We had booked through trip.com, and we arrived around midnight. There was some mix-up due to which our booking was not in hotel records. But I had all the details and had already paid. We had booked for 4 nights. 7th June till 11th June. I need to mention here that it wasn't the hotel's fault.
In spite of not being the hotel's mistake, the night shift receptionist Mr. Quan was so apologetic that this had happened and apologised to us many times and immediately arranged an upgraded room us.
But for the next day the room was not available. The day shift staff ”Miss Suong” took charge and asked to continue without planned activities, and at the end of the day, we had to go to another hotel nearby. All our luggage was transferred to that hotel and, of course, with an upgraded room. We spent the night there, then the next day, we continued with our activities further.
Back in the evening, our luggage was again transferred back to Nhat Ming by their staff.
For the remaining 2 days. We got an upgraded room with superb Seaview.
During the 4 days, time and again, Mr Quan, Miss Suong and 2 more personnel, Miss Huyen, Miss Linh and Mr Minh took care of our family personally, may it be during the breakfast, arranging for our Bana Hill trip or our beach activities. Mr. TruongThey really made us feel at home.
Special mention to Miss Suong and Mr Quan. Thank you both so much. 🙏🙏

Basically, I felt that the Vietnamese people are curtious, kind, and helpful, but you guys made my Da Nang trip the best experience of my life.

Now for the people who want to know about the rest of the hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean, and well ventilated. The crystal clear beach is just 2 mins of walk. To experience sun rise, you can get the best view from your hotel's sea view room on the higher floors. Good maintenance. You get what you pay for. But in Nhat Minh Hotel, you get more than that.
As far as the breakfast is concerned, good healthier choices but without compromising on taste. Freshly cooked eggs upon request on the spot. Many varieties, both local and continental.
About the amenities, just name it, and you have it with 5 mins walk.
If you want trouble free, the hotel can arrange for trips and tours. Most of the attractions around Da Nang are within VND 60000 or USD 2.40.
Finally, thank you so much, Nhat Minh Hotel. I really owe you one.
