The location is quite good. The room itself wasn't too hot, but since there was no air conditioning, it was a bit humid for me who gets very hot. Please note that there are many hotels without air conditioning.

My husband and I were preparing for a trip to Dalat. We heard that it was run by a Korean owner, so we made a reservation in the hope that we would be able to get help in case of an emergency, although it was a little more expensive than other places. The location and room size were spacious and good. However, compared to hotels in Korea, it is best not to expect cleanliness or the condition of bathroom fixtures. I did not see the Korean owner's face during my stay, but I received help when I had inquiries through KakaoTalk.

I think the location was good. The night market is close by, but the downside is that it's not really soundproofed. If you don't like noise, you'll need to choose carefully.

Because it was so cost-effective, I canceled the Colin Hotel and stayed at the Hana Hotel, which was half price, and it was a good choice. The night market, Lien Hoa Bakery, and An Cafe are all within walking distance. Dalat Grab works well. Bananas were left in the lobby as welcome fruit and it was nice to snack on them while coming and going.
