As a guest at Edensee Resort, I can confidently say that it is an exceptional hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always went out of their way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The resort itself is stunningly beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking a serene lake. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. My room had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, which made for a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The resort's facilities were also impressive, with a range of activities and amenities to suit every taste. I enjoyed a relaxing swim in the outdoor pool, followed by a rejuvenating massage at the spa. The gym was well-equipped, and I appreciated the option to stay active even while on vacation. The food at the resort was also exceptional, with a diverse selection of dishes to choose from. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, my experience at Edensee Resort was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of stunning natural surroundings, comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and excellent facilities made for an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Our stay in the Dragon King Hotel I would be almost very pleasant if not for 2 incidents. 1. In countries where I don't speak the language I usually ask for a calling card of the hotel. I did and they had none, And voila the taxi took us to another Dragon King Hotel in Da Lat and we had to take another taxi from there back to Dragon King I. 2. We booked including breakfast as that is normally a nice way to ease into the day in a foreign city. The Dragon King breakfast facilities are in a from floor to ceiling tiled cellar under the hotel full of load speaking local people eating local breakfasts (soup and the like) so talking about your plans for the day while eating bread with jam (the only non local food choice available) was impossible goodbye enjoying a quiet breakfast. (There is a nice place to your left when you leave the hotel that serves for a very small price with a very wide smile)

My second time visit. This hotel does not disappoint me as always. Kind services, peaceful environment, clean facilities etc. When I go to the downtown, it's very easy to take taxi. They are waiting us almost every chance when we need. Anyway this hotel is the place I choose whenever I visit DALAT.

Very impressive huge nice lobby with many dining/entertainment areas. Large hotel catering mostly for seminars, conventions, weddings and other parties etc. Good selection at buffet breakfast mostly vietnamese dishes. My deluxe double quite spacious with small balcony nice view. Furniture a bit aged. Pillows and mattress very comfortable. Room cleaning needs attention. Staff a bit stressed and not engaged. For a 5 star not up to that standard in general.

Right from beginning everything was fine. Absolutely awesome property and nostalgic French property. Climate was absolutely fine inspite of heavy rain for past few days. I first met at reception Ma Kh’anh who explained lucidly everything about Resort along with a cup of ginger tea. She looked after well everything during stay at Ana Mandara. Regarding food I can say they are best for Vietnamese food. Mr Huong is main chef who has splendid Vietnamese recipes and taste of food absolutely fantastic. Resort is located at a serene place which gives plenty of time to relax. Swimming pool is warmed and I swam there couple of times. It’s a typical French colonial property and everything in order. I will highly recommend.

I've been here about 6 hrs. Not really impressed. Room missing basic amenities - safe is locked, fridge is off, no ashtrays in the common foyer, much less things like water glasses, a water urn, toothpicks, napkins, also no water glasses in the main room, the desk pen doesn't work, no bathroom floor mat, basic stuff - and almost none of the staff have even elementary English competency. For example, two waitresses could not understand, ”Does this come with vegetables?” That is a very low level restaurant/service English question and neither had a clue what I was asking. The place looks great, but for the cost - hmm, not again. However, in fairness, I should also say that the Restaurant Captain was attentive to my comments, as were the room service attendants, but by the same token, is it up to the guest to pull the refrigerator out of its alcove to plug it in?

Perhaps it was down to our room choice or allocation, not sure, but all I would say is noise noise noise! I appreciate that this is due to guests rather than the hotel itself, but the staff did not seem to notice or do anything to limit the noise from guests especially early in the morning or late at night. We booked the cheapest room with no window or built in air conditioning (although there was a fan, not that we needed it) and got a room on the ground floor, not far from reception. To be fair the room was nice, looked fairly new, although the bed was extremely extremely firm (much to my husbands disliking). The bathroom was grand although it took sometime for the water to heat up and with no shower screen everything gets soaked. It's in a good spot about 10 mins walk to the lake and about 15 mins walk to the night market. It's got plenty of eateries near, just a shame about the noise. The receptionist was able to organise a taxi to Dalat airport after ours fell through at very short notice, thank you. If you choose to stay I would suggest requesting a room on the top floor, otherwise look for alternative accommodation as you are unlikely to get a good nights sleep.

The grand lobby entrance matches the imposing structure from the 1930’s. The staff were very attentive when we checked in yesterday. Our room on the first floor was terrible! Small and poky and awful bathroom. No good! I went to the reception and voiced my complaint to the front of house manager, a lovely, accommodating young lady. She was very apologetic and asked us to have a look at another room on the same floor. AMAZING! Probably 4 times the size of our first room. Really grand and a lovely, large bathroom. Thank you! We’ve read plenty of bad reviews of this Hotel and judging by our first room I can understand those reviews. The management, however, turned things around right away and made our stay memorable. If your not happy, just talk to them!

The location is perfect, there are many restaurant, cafe and mini mart around. The room is very big and clean. The breakfast is very delicious, i love the Vietnamese noodle and coffee. The staffs are very friendly and helpful from the sercurity, bellman, reception to the F&B, Kitchen... Highly recommend ! I will come back on next holiday

If you want to live in a room with a golf view, it’s okay. If you live in a room with a mountain view, the environment is average. Overall, this hotel is average. If you don’t have your own car, it’s not recommended to stay. Facilities: General Hygiene: general Good environment good service
