Hotels in Dalat with Swimming Pools

As a guest at Edensee Resort, I can confidently say that it is an exceptional hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always went out of their way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The resort itself is stunningly beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking a serene lake. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. My room had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, which made for a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The resort's facilities were also impressive, with a range of activities and amenities to suit every taste. I enjoyed a relaxing swim in the outdoor pool, followed by a rejuvenating massage at the spa. The gym was well-equipped, and I appreciated the option to stay active even while on vacation. The food at the resort was also exceptional, with a diverse selection of dishes to choose from. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, my experience at Edensee Resort was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of stunning natural surroundings, comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and excellent facilities made for an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

My second time visit. This hotel does not disappoint me as always. Kind services, peaceful environment, clean facilities etc. When I go to the downtown, it's very easy to take taxi. They are waiting us almost every chance when we need. Anyway this hotel is the place I choose whenever I visit DALAT.

Very impressive huge nice lobby with many dining/entertainment areas. Large hotel catering mostly for seminars, conventions, weddings and other parties etc. Good selection at buffet breakfast mostly vietnamese dishes. My deluxe double quite spacious with small balcony nice view. Furniture a bit aged. Pillows and mattress very comfortable. Room cleaning needs attention. Staff a bit stressed and not engaged. For a 5 star not up to that standard in general.

Right from beginning everything was fine. Absolutely awesome property and nostalgic French property. Climate was absolutely fine inspite of heavy rain for past few days. I first met at reception Ma Kh’anh who explained lucidly everything about Resort along with a cup of ginger tea. She looked after well everything during stay at Ana Mandara. Regarding food I can say they are best for Vietnamese food. Mr Huong is main chef who has splendid Vietnamese recipes and taste of food absolutely fantastic. Resort is located at a serene place which gives plenty of time to relax. Swimming pool is warmed and I swam there couple of times. It’s a typical French colonial property and everything in order. I will highly recommend.

I've been here about 6 hrs. Not really impressed. Room missing basic amenities - safe is locked, fridge is off, no ashtrays in the common foyer, much less things like water glasses, a water urn, toothpicks, napkins, also no water glasses in the main room, the desk pen doesn't work, no bathroom floor mat, basic stuff - and almost none of the staff have even elementary English competency. For example, two waitresses could not understand, ”Does this come with vegetables?” That is a very low level restaurant/service English question and neither had a clue what I was asking. The place looks great, but for the cost - hmm, not again. However, in fairness, I should also say that the Restaurant Captain was attentive to my comments, as were the room service attendants, but by the same token, is it up to the guest to pull the refrigerator out of its alcove to plug it in?

We arrived around 19:30 the hotel looks really grand from the outside but I just can’t put my finger on it as this hotel is very weird and just soulless. Some bullet points, big hotel with no idea/ imagination of how to dress it, room’s dated with mould and flaking paint on the walls, I don’t think the pillows case’s had been changed as they smelt of being used, swimming pool is bizarre as it looks as though it’s set out for a wedding function with chairs/tables set around the pool, corridors are dimly lit with eiry music playing looks like it should be in a spooky Hitchcock film, bar still closed due to Covid (seriously), breakfast has lots of choice but is of poor quality and strange choice(best I ate was steamed sweet corn) noodle bar staff were more interested in playing on their phones, staff were polite enough but ? a lack of hospitality training, the hotel is in run down part of town we only realised this as we moved hotels after one night stay and found a lovely place over looking the lake for half the price( money was never the issue) I feel this hotel needs serious investment as it is sadly no where near a 4 * hotel and that’s not me being fussy as Iv traveled extensively in Vietnam and am still touring. If you want to live in a room with a golf view, it’s okay. If you live in a room with a mountain view, the environment is average. Overall, this hotel is average. If you don’t have your own car, it’s not recommended to stay. Facilities: General Hygiene: general Good environment good service

The hotel has a nice location, from Da Lat market and Xuan Huong Lake 300m. The room is large with windows but the carpet in the room is a bit old. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel has a large parking lot for both buses. The hotel has a garden with flowers and a fish pond. In addition, the hotel rents a new two-wheeled car very satisfied, rented 1 day from morning to night for 180k. Staff enthusiastically guide guests. The price I booked on Trip app is quite favorable, so I am very satisfied to experience this hotel.

A good hotel with a beautiful area and a beautiful view of the lake and forest. There are 2 rooftop terraces with an even more wonderful view. The territory is landscaped, there are places to sit with a large company. Now about the cons: 1. There is no refrigerator in the room. 2. Poor soundproofing of the rooms, you can hear neighbors with children and sounds from the street. 3. Breakfasts. I do not recommend buying them, every day the same thing, after a few days it gets boring. You can choose only scrambled eggs or noodles, nothing else. 4. Optional staff. We agreed to rent a bike, discussed the time and other nuances. But at the appointed time they said that there was no bike and there would not be. We let it down very much, we had to change plans.

Stayed one night in a hotel room, one night in a single villa room, opened the door and opened the window to see the flowers. The temperature of the house was cool, and the mood in the morning was particularly good. Although the hotel is 3 kilometers away from the downtown area, you can rent a motorcycle Or call the front desk to take a taxi, it is particularly convenient to play, and the breakfast is very rich. The hotel has a children's playground and swimming pool.
