設施：很齊備。衣架有兩個，一個三腳的隨手掛衣服，一個長橫排的可以晾衣服，很夠使。 衞生：挺乾淨的。 環境：空間挺大，還有小朋友可以玩的玩具木馬和小帳篷。 服務：男士的刮鬍刀和第三個大人的洗漱用具和拖鞋需要單獨找前台要一下。如果不是在華住會軟件下單，華住會金會員也是沒有早餐的。 位置：在大理城區，離大理古城、蒼山、崇聖寺三塔都有一定距離，大年初幾從酒店打車去景點要花個40.50元，但是離大理站很近，趕早班車不用着急，周邊還有不少服裝店可以購物。

Thank you for the wonderful stay. The service was very good, and I would especially like to thank the receptionist on the afternoon shift yesterday for being incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the facilities were nice and sufficient for a one-night stay. Everything was comfortable and well organized. I will definitely come back again and would happily recommend this hotel to others. The room was quite clean, but the vanity design was inefficient; water easily spilled out, and my toiletries bag either got wet on the counter or there was nowhere to put it. The hotel toiletries were only in a resealable bag, containing just a toothbrush and toothpaste, and there were no hand towels on the vanity! The experience wasn't great! Furthermore, the service was unsatisfactory. After entering the room, I called the front desk and learned they didn't have a crib. Since I have a 2-year-old who doesn't sleep well and I was worried about him falling out of bed, I wanted to upgrade the room by paying the difference. However, they refused the upgrade, saying I had used the vanity (washed my hands upon entering) and sat on the bed, and the housekeeping staff had already left. They said they would change the room and couldn't resell it, and even suggested I book another room. As a regular member of Huazhu Hotels Group, I can understand, but I can't! This outcome was definitely unsatisfactory!

Highly recommend this hotel! Just near the high-speed rail station, the transportation is convenient to fly, which is too friendly for people traveling. Hotel facilities are all available, whether it is basic toiletries or convenient laundry and drinking water equipment, the details are particularly in place. The service is nothing to say, from entering the door to leaving the store, the staff are very warm and thoughtful, the stay is particularly comfortable, next time you come to choose this!

Huazhu Hotels is the top choice for travel! We happened to find a newly opened Hanting Hotel in the city center this time. It was incredibly clean and cozy, and the receptionist was super enthusiastic and energetic! She recommended many hotels to us, and the breakfast rice noodles were absolutely delicious!

The hotel has a great location, right across from March Street and close to the North Gate restaurants. Public transportation is also very convenient. The hotel facilities are complete and clean. There are even staff to help with laundry and toileting. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful; they even gave us fresh flower cakes when we left. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dali.

We checked in around 3 PM on January 19th, 2026. A special shout-out to the two young women at the front desk! We were a family of four, and my 8-year-old daughter raved about them. Because we had a large suitcase, they patiently showed us around to see rooms that suited our needs, and then kindly offered desserts and fruit to keep the little one from getting hungry. These two front desk staff greatly enhanced the hotel's reputation. The hotel's location is also excellent, super close to the old town. Highly recommended!

This time I was on a business trip and took the opportunity to travel. I spent a long time choosing this hotel. The transportation is convenient, and it is very close to every place I want to go. I stayed on the first floor. Before I checked in, the hotel called to remind me that there might be noise from the roadside and asked if I minded. After I checked in, I found that I didn't hear any noise, but they still thoughtfully put earplugs in the room. In addition, Erhai Lake is just outside the door, and the view is also very cool.
