設施：很齊備。衣架有兩個，一個三腳的隨手掛衣服，一個長橫排的可以晾衣服，很夠使。 衞生：挺乾淨的。 環境：空間挺大，還有小朋友可以玩的玩具木馬和小帳篷。 服務：男士的刮鬍刀和第三個大人的洗漱用具和拖鞋需要單獨找前台要一下。如果不是在華住會軟件下單，華住會金會員也是沒有早餐的。 位置：在大理城區，離大理古城、蒼山、崇聖寺三塔都有一定距離，大年初幾從酒店打車去景點要花個40.50元，但是離大理站很近，趕早班車不用着急，周邊還有不少服裝店可以購物。

I usually don't bother with reviews, but this place was such a great experience! 1. Excellent service. The front desk staff helped with my luggage, and if there were extra rooms available, they let me choose. Every staff member at the front desk was incredibly helpful! 2. Excellent laundry service. The cleaning lady brought the laundry to my door and dried it. 3. Good breakfast, including local specialties like rice noodles. 4. Excellent accommodation experience, very quiet and comfortable! 5. Great location, very close to the cable car and the old town!

Thank you for the wonderful stay. The service was very good, and I would especially like to thank the receptionist on the afternoon shift yesterday for being incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the facilities were nice and sufficient for a one-night stay. Everything was comfortable and well organized. The room was quite clean, but the vanity design was inefficient; water easily spilled out, and my toiletries bag either got wet on the counter or there was nowhere to put it. The hotel toiletries were only in a resealable bag, containing just a toothbrush and toothpaste, and there were no hand towels on the vanity! The experience wasn't great! Furthermore, the service was unsatisfactory. After entering the room, I called the front desk and learned they didn't have a crib. Since I have a 2-year-old who doesn't sleep well and I was worried about him falling out of bed, I wanted to upgrade the room by paying the difference. However, they refused the upgrade, saying I had used the vanity (washed my hands upon entering) and sat on the bed, and the housekeeping staff had already left. They said they would change the room and couldn't resell it, and even suggested I book another room. As a regular member of Huazhu Hotels Group, I can understand, but I can't! This outcome was definitely unsatisfactory!

Highly recommend this hotel close to the high-speed rail station! The location advantage is directly full, dragging the suitcase for a few minutes, too friendly to the people on the road, air conditioning heating, toiletries are also complete, the details are in place. The service is online throughout the whole process, the front desk lady patiently answers the surrounding food questions, the cleaning aunt is also very thorough, the experience is full!

Opposite the hotel is Erhai Lake, and less than 100 meters next to it is Erhai Park. There are places to eat if you go west, and transportation and dining are very convenient. Before coming, the lady at the front desk called to remind you that there may be noise from the road in the terrace room, and the room is equipped with I had ear plugs, but luckily I didn't use them. Open the window of the terrace room and you can see the sea, and the scenery is also very good.

The hotel is right next to the ancient city of Dali. There are many shops on the opposite side of the small electric walk. The hotel is in a small yard. Sleeping at night is very quiet. Everything is fine. We are on the second floor. The washing machine dryer does not need to go to the first floor. It is very convenient. It is that the breakfast is a bit late. The location of the breakfast room is insufficient, but the front desk staff also attaches great importance to our opinions. It is an apology and a variety of souvenirs. It is not easy to work. The hotel management, rather than pressure the front desk, is better to really consider the problem from the perspective of consumers to solve the problem to improve the customer's stay experience. Now it is not easy to earn money or give a good review.

I really love this hotel! I've extended my stay for four more days. We go out during the day and come back to stay at night; it feels like home. The breakfast selection is extensive, and most importantly, they have special tableware for children. My child loves it and enjoys their meals. Highly recommended!
