GGuest UserWe booked two rooms, so I'm leaving two reviews, which I wouldn't do if I wasn't genuinely satisfied. The hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and the staff's hospitality were all excellent. There are a few minor areas for improvement, but they're largely negligible. The complimentary food and drinks were fantastic; the owner's thoughtfulness is sure to bring them even more success. We'll definitely be back the next time we visit Dali.

MMengjiangoooThe facilities are brand new and well-equipped, and the service is exceptional. They helped us with our luggage and even saw us off to our car. Every day, they delivered breakfast and afternoon tea to our room, along with tremella soup. They were always ready to assist with any request. This is a truly fantastic hotel, and I love the exterior design. You can get some great photos without even leaving the hotel.

The highlight of our stay was the outstanding service, which rivalled—and even surpassed—many 5-star hotels we have experienced. From prompt communication via WeChat, offering to arrange transportation and consistently checking on our arrival, assisting with bicycle rental, and helping with our luggages, to offering to prepare a special dietary breakfast for our early departure, the team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their genuine warmth, attentiveness, and dedication made our stay truly memorable.
The only minor issue was a slight sewage smell at times, but it did not affect our overall experience. We would happily return and highly recommend this property.

GGuest UserFirst of all, I want to book it by reading the comments. I want to be on the edge of the ancient city of Dali. It will be convenient and quiet. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the east gate of the ancient city. I booked two nights and sent it. I sent it. I added WeChat one day earlier. I understand some things I want to ask. After I arrive, the front desk brother. The younger sister. Very kind and enthusiastic. If you want to know anything, you can ask them. The room booked is big and clean. The breakfast is different for two days. It is also delicious. The accommodation experience is very happy. I recommend everyone to stay.

GGuest UserHad a fantastic stay! We came to Dali with our family and chose the Huiting. The family room layout was very well-designed, complete with a sofa bed. The room attendant was very helpful and made up the bed for us, and all the bedding was already provided – perfect for traveling with kids. The front desk even gave us complimentary breakfast for both days we were there, which was a great bonus. I'll definitely recommend it to my colleagues and friends.

GGuest UserThis was my first time in Yunnan, and I specifically chose this guesthouse because it's right next to a police station. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, helping us with our luggage and giving us great tips for sightseeing. The courtyard is spacious and quiet, and it's only about a ten-minute walk to the ancient city. I really wished I could have stayed another day or two if my itinerary wasn't already set. Coming back around 11 PM, almost all the streetlights were off, but the guesthouse still had a super bright light on at the entrance, which I found incredibly thoughtful. We woke up late, and the kitchen had thoughtfully saved breakfast for us. The breakfast was very plentiful and made fresh by local aunties. Their human touch really surpasses many large hotels. If I ever come back to Dali, or if friends visit, I will definitely highly recommend this guesthouse.

TTraveling Family from GermanyWe had a very smooth experience from arrival to departure. The hotel organised a transfer from Dali Railway Station, which worked perfectly. Upon arrival, we were immediately helped with our luggage. Check-in was straightforward and worked without any issues for foreign guests. Basic English is spoken, which is fully sufficient for communication.
The hotel itself is small and built in a beautiful traditional Chinese style, with a lot of wood and a charming inner courtyard with warm lighting in the evening. The rooms are duplex-style: a cosy living room downstairs and a rustic bedroom upstairs, plus a balcony with a lovely view of the surrounding mountain peaks. The design feels authentic and calm. Bathrooms are slightly lower in height, so guests above 1.80m might find them a bit tight. Cleanliness throughout the property is excellent. Despite the traditional architecture, all modern comforts are available: fast and stable internet, strong heating in both living room and bedroom (important in winter), and a generally very comfortable atmosphere.
The location is near the Three Pagodas, just outside the main tourist development zone. You can walk to the first restaurants within minutes, and there is even a local restaurant directly next to the hotel. The Three Pagodas are within very easy walking distance, and from there you can conveniently use DiDi or rental scooters to reach other sights around Dali.
Breakfast can be taken either in a small dining room or delivered to the room. It is local Chinese style, adapted to the region, very tasty and served with a smile. Great coffee is available.
Checkout was simple, and the hotel arranged our return transfer as well. We even received a small souvenir gift per room, which was a very thoughtful touch.
Overall, this hotel is a real highlight in Dali. It feels like stepping back in time, but without sacrificing modern comfort. It is ideal both for exploring the main attractions and for simply relaxing in a quiet, peaceful setting away from the busier city areas.

We booked a family suite with a sliding door, which was really convenient for separating spaces when traveling with a child. There's a shuttle bus service for coming and going, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. Every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations. I highly recommend it to everyone, thumbs up!

During the day, you can gaze at the sparkling sea in the distance, and at night, relax and zone out to the sound of the waves. The interior decor is simple and cozy, and the hygiene is top-notch, with high-quality toiletries. The staff's service is incredibly warm and responsive to any needs. It's also super convenient for getting around. You could spend all day in the room just looking at the sea and never get bored. The ambiance is fantastic, and it offers amazing value for money. Definitely the top choice if you're coming to Dali for a sea view!
