"Strategically located on a busy street, yet just a step away you enter a completely different, quiet zone. The hotel is beautifully designed and feels so cozy. We had pre-booked a car from 大理 to 丽江, but the driver never showed up. After waiting 30 minutes, we had to book another car, only to have the driver demand more than double the price listed on the platform. Just when we felt helpless, a super kind staff 小妹 from the hotel came to our rescue. She took turns driving each of us on her motorbike, with our big luggage on the passenger seat, to help us get to a bus terminal to look for tickets. First attempt was failed, tickets are sold out. She patiently helped us find a solution, and thanks to her we managed to buy tickets and continue our trip. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to her and to the hotel. Highly recommended — not just for the beautiful space, but for the people who make you feel cared for."

"I absolutely have to give this hotel a solid five-star review! My trip to Dali was so smooth, all thanks to the incredibly thoughtful young lady at the hotel. Towards the end of our trip, we wanted to send our luggage ahead, but vehicle access inside the ancient city is restricted, making it really difficult to transport large bags. The hotel staff member proactively stepped up to help. First, she enthusiastically tried to arrange a pickup service for us. After many attempts, we still couldn't find a suitable vehicle. To my surprise, without a moment's hesitation, she lent us her electric scooter and personally helped us transport the luggage all the way to the meeting point with the express delivery driver. She was completely hands-on throughout the entire process, showing no impatience whatsoever. She genuinely helped us solve a huge travel dilemma, saving us so much unnecessary hassle. Besides the heartwarming service, the hotel's location right within the ancient city is super convenient for shopping and finding food, and the room itself was very comfortable. The staff's sincere and warm service truly touched my heart and made the experience absolutely perfect. I sincerely wish the hotel continuous business and prosperity. The next time I come to Dali, I will definitely choose to stay here again without a second thought. I also wholeheartedly recommend this place to any friends visiting the ancient city! 😄😄"

"An absolutely delightful stay! First off, a huge shout-out to the breakfast – a wide variety of choices, perfectly balanced, and the taste rivals any five-star restaurant. The room's comfort was also top-notch; it was warmly decorated, fully equipped, and immaculately clean, making for an excellent stay. But the biggest plus was definitely the hotel staff. They were always smiling, incredibly efficient, and provided personalized service, always ready to help. That feeling of being right at home was just wonderful."

"This guesthouse offers a fantastic experience! As soon as you step through the main gate, you're greeted by a charming garden with beautiful flowers and plants. Plus, there are 10 cats and 2 dogs to play with. The room itself is spacious and tidy, and they've added some really thoughtful touches like a foot bath tub, a clothes dryer, complimentary fruit and snacks, and a direct drinking water dispenser 👍. There's also a laundry room on the rooftop (with both a washer and dryer) and a drying area. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Dali! [Awesome]"

"This stay was fantastic! The small balcony in the room had a great view, perfect for enjoying a meal while admiring the scenery – very pleasant. The popcorn, cookies, and fruit served at afternoon tea were delicious, and the thick rice noodles with corn, sweet potato, and eggs at breakfast were also very tasty. The room was both modern and clean, and the butler was quick and helpful with any issues during my stay, providing attentive and efficient service. "What a fantastic stay! This hotel boasts a great location, excellent facilities, and top-notch service. We loved it so much that we extended our one-day stay by another three days. **Great Location:** Step out the door and turn left, and you're out of the old town in less than 100 meters. Public transport, tourist lines, taxis, private car hires, and electric scooter rentals are all readily available, making getting around incredibly convenient. Turn right and walk straight, and you're in the heart of the old town. It's super easy to visit attractions during the day and explore the old town at night. **Excellent Facilities:** The hardware facilities are all in pristine condition. The rooms feature smart voice control, and the toiletries provided are very comfortable to use. The hotel has three floors, but there's a large platform on the fourth floor where you can relax, chat, and enjoy the old town's night view and the starry sky. In the mornings, you can take in the views of Cangshan Mountain and catch a glimpse of Erhai Lake from the platform – it's a wonderful feeling. **Top-notch Service:** In short, the owner is thoughtful, the staff are dedicated, and the service is attentive. After check-in, two young ladies kindly helped us carry our large and heavy suitcase up to the third floor – much appreciated! For breakfast, there are three options: Western, Chinese, or rice noodles, or you can mix and match. In the afternoon, there's a lovely afternoon tea set, which our child absolutely adored. I asked the butler for information on Dali's attractions, and they provided me with maps of both the attractions and the old town, along with detailed descriptions. The butler even upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise! We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Dali."

"Our family of five (two adults, three children) stayed at this newly renovated guesthouse and had a truly wonderful experience. It's a typical Bai-style courtyard building, full of character and charm. We booked a two-bedroom, one-living room unit, and the space was incredibly spacious and airy, with a clear separation between the bedrooms and living area, making it very comfortable for a family. The entire place is decorated in a modern and elegant style, and the bathrooms even have smart toilets, showing great attention to detail. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was neat and fresh, and drinking water was available in unlimited supply, making daily life very convenient. The guesthouse owner was warm, friendly, and provided attentive service. The location is another major highlight – it's very close to Dali Ancient City, which made getting around and sightseeing incredibly easy. It's perfect for both family trips and leisure stays, offering excellent value for money. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Dali!"
