This stay is the best ever. Not only is the guesthouse clean and beautifully located right across from Erhai Lake. But what impressed me most was the hospitality and service—especially from Joy. From picking us up at the train station, to helping us arrange an EV bike rental (even though we eventually decided not to), to personally taking us to dinner and recommending dishes, trusting us with her dog Hamburg, and specially arranging for us to be dropped off at the station when we left even though she was busy with work. Joy made sure everything was well taken care of. She is a true asset to the guesthouse: friendly, sincere in her kind gestures without expecting anything in return, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. What we admire most is that Joy treats her dog as a family member. She is truly a person filled with loving kindness and will always be blessed for this. The part we appreciated most was getting to spend quality time with her dog, Hamburg, who brought us so much happiness and filled our days with joy. Hamburg is a loving dog with a heart of gold. Anyone especially dog lovers would truly fall in love with him. Together, Joy and Hamburg make the best combination. They brought smiles and joy to us. They are the real assets of the place. We hope they will be greatly rewarded. Thank you, Joy, for giving us the best souvenir in China—Hamburg's most loved toy. This is the best gift ever! And thank you for keeping in touch with us whenever you can, including sharing updates on Hamburg. It means a lot to us.😊 Great hospitality was also shown by others on the team. Miki served us breakfast every morning with a smile and was always at the reception keeping Hamburg company. She not only looks after him but also make sure he is in good hands, safe and happily running about. Miki carried Hamburg to bid us farewell. She also updated us on Hamburg's progress daily, which we greatly appreciated. knowing that he is happy made us happy.👍 Most importantly, the owner, Krystina, made us feel at home and welcomed. She has a warm personality, is friendly, and treats her staff like family. She is also in the midst of learning English for self-improvement. She has the willingness to learn and the kind of down-to-earth attitude that most hotel owners don't. We felt comfortable being with her, and she even hosted a farewell dinner for us. What we love most is that she is an animal lover and even included Hamburg in the dinner. She has a heart full of compassion. We had a great time together, and the night ended with smiles and laughter. We started as strangers but ended as friends.🙂 We were reluctant to leave after three nights, and if given the chance, we would love to extend our stay to a week in the future. This place is truly a gem, thanks to the wonderful management and the people behind it. We will surely recommend friends to your guesthouse—it is a gem hidden in Dali. The room was very spacious and well-equipped. The decor and design were fantastic. The renovation of the historic building is quite unique, and the courtyard is breathtaking. The housekeeping service was excellent, and any requests were promptly addressed. The breakfast was also delicious, featuring some unique dishes. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yunnan.

I had an absolutely incredible stay here, it was easily the best hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and genuine welcome from the host and his family, making us feel right at home immediately. Our bedroom was impressively spacious and kept perfectly clean throughout our visit. The highlight, however, was the spectacular view; waking up to a panoramic vista of both the city and the lake was truly unforgettable. What really set this place apart was the exceptional hospitality. The host took care of us from the beginning until the very end of our stay, going above and beyond by even personally taking us to the bus stop when it was time to leave. This absolutely deserves a full score for a sea-view guesthouse! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain. You can watch the sunrise from your bed and see the sunset paint the lake. The 270-degree unobstructed view totally exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and all the bathroom amenities were provided. Both the guesthouse's terrace and courtyard are perfect for photos, and it's just a few steps out to the Erhai Ecological Corridor, which is super convenient for walks or cycling. The owner was incredibly warm and thoughtful, taking care of pickup and breakfast with great attention to detail. This was the most satisfying stay I've had in Dali. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Erhai Lake. Highly recommended!

I've been to Dali several times, but this is my first time staying in a traditional-style courtyard like this. The owner keeps the courtyard meticulously maintained, and there are two adorable little cats – truly an ideal cat life! They have a good variety of room types, and there's also a large terrace on the third floor where you can overlook the distant Cangshan Mountain. But the service here is what really stands out. Everyone affectionately calls the owner 'Sister Mo.' From booking to checking out, she was incredibly warm and friendly, offering many great recommendations for restaurants and touring routes that won't disappoint. In the mornings, you can even enjoy Sister Mo's unique Zajiangmian (Sichuan meat sauce noodles) breakfast, which perfectly suits a Sichuan palate. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. It's very close to the ancient city but without the hustle and bustle, making it super convenient for getting around.

I found this hotel last minute in the evening. When I went in to ask about parking, a hotel staff member came out to help me find a spot and even assisted with my luggage. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The service was exceptional; when I couldn't find the AC switch around 2 AM, I messaged them and received a prompt reply. When checking out, they even gave small gifts to my children. The service was incredibly thoughtful and comforting. I'll definitely be staying here again.

I used to stay at Anlan in Sanya frequently, and that's when I fell in love with the brand. This time, I decisively booked again, and overall, I'm extremely satisfied! Anlan pays great attention to detail, including airport pick-up and drop-off. The butler will contact you via WeChat in advance. Both the hotel's breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, showing a lot of care! The hotel has been renovated with wood, so soundproofing isn't the best, but they thoughtfully provide earplugs. The all-female service team is outstanding; they always greet you warmly when you go out, which is very comforting! They provide children's toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers. The 'comfort kit' in the room is super practical and I'm still using the items I took home. I don't know what brand the bedding in the room is, but it's incredibly comfortable!! Even my child was super happy with it!! The only thing that needs improvement is the hotel room's TV. It's too old, has poor clarity, and is incredibly slow to respond. Screen mirroring often freezes, and it takes a good 10 minutes just to exit. I strongly recommend replacing it with a TV that matches the Anlan brand's quality!!!

Our 'butler service' means you get a dedicated butler providing one-on-one service from the moment you check in. They'll contact you in advance to confirm your arrival time, arrange shuttle pick-up, and send friendly reminders about breakfast times and other important notes via group chat. Facilities: The hairdryer's airflow is really weak, not even as strong as the wind off Erhai Lake! The bedside lamp isn't working, but everything else is okay. Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and no strange smells – pretty good. Environment: The space is large and bright. My only complaint is the view from the window isn't great. Service: The service is excellent; anything we needed was delivered to the room very quickly, and the breakfast tasted good. Honestly, the view from the guest room window is quite disappointing.

We stayed in the underwater room, and the absolute highlight was lying in bed, facing a giant marine tank with 11,000 tons of water and over 20,000 marine creatures swimming right before our eyes. You don't even need to leave the room or buy aquarium tickets; you just open your eyes to sharks, sea turtles, and manta rays gracefully gliding by, and colorful tropical fish darting in schools. You can enjoy an immersive fish-watching experience 24 hours a day. During the day, sunlight shimmers through the water, and at night, blue lights illuminate the tank, creating an incredibly dreamy atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Starting at 40 square meters, the layout was well-designed, featuring smart lighting and a fresh air system. The mini-bar drinks and snacks were complimentary, and they even thoughtfully provided children's slippers and small bathrobes, making it super convenient for families with kids. And the service was absolutely impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, offering welcome fruits upon check-in. The hotel has direct access to the aquarium, just a short walk away, which made visiting the exhibits incredibly convenient – no need to rush at all. Whether it's a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this place offers a truly unique experience with incredible value for money.

Decided to come to Dali last minute. I was worried the hotel photos might be misleading, so I asked the butler to show me two rooms first. The B&B very thoughtfully upgraded our room. I have to commend the butlers for their excellent service; they were incredibly attentive and patient throughout our stay, not letting us carry a single piece of luggage. The B&B also offers a free professional photo service, and my mom had a blast taking pictures. If you're looking for great photos, this is the place to be! Watching the sunset while feeling the sea breeze is truly the best way to slowly, leisurely waste time.
