Service: The service is thoughtful and meticulous. They even wait until guests wake up before serving breakfast. Breakfast includes rice noodles, sweet potatoes, corn, milk, and eggs. There's also an adorable dog!
Cleanliness: The room decor is simple yet elegant, and the hygiene is clean and tidy.

The decor and design were fantastic. The renovation of the historic building is quite unique, and the courtyard is breathtaking.
The housekeeping service was excellent, and any requests were promptly addressed.
The breakfast was also delicious, featuring some unique dishes.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yunnan.

GGuest UserThe room was fantastic! I booked it specifically for the hot tub, which is on a small outdoor balcony. It gets plenty of sun and offers great privacy. But once I checked in, I was really impressed by the room's layout and decor. My favorite part was the washroom area. It's connected to the small balcony, but there are not only black blinds but also a curtain in between, which completely blocks the view from the opposite hotel, ensuring excellent privacy. There's also a curtain between the main room and the washroom, so you can fully enclose the washroom as a private space. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the curtains were excellent at blocking out light. We ended up sleeping in for two whole days! The toilet is a smart toilet, and the room comes with a smart speaker (Xiao Du). The projector screen is huge, making for a great viewing experience with the lights off at night. The lobby decor is also very tastefully done. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, quickly fulfilling any requests. They even help with luggage during check-in and check-out and offer luggage storage. After we left, we forgot something, and they messaged us to confirm. Most importantly, it's very close to the Ancient City, Sanyue Street, and the Cangshan Zhonghe cable car. The restaurants downstairs are also delicious! What a treat!

QQingqingzifairyMy best friend and I did a ton of research for our Dali trip, specifically looking for picture-perfect spots, and we definitely didn't regret choosing Huayin Nanyang! The retro Nanyang style decor is incredibly tasteful. Our room was spacious and had floor-to-ceiling windows, offering panoramic views of Erhai Lake right from the bed. The ground floor was a photogenic dream – every shot looked like it belonged in a magazine. The influencer-favorite swing by the sea was the cherry on top; pictures with seagulls flying by were just stunning! After a tiring day, we returned to the hotel to find a thoughtful bowl of warm white fungus soup waiting for us. These little details really make all the difference – it was such a heartwarming touch!

GGuest UserI had an absolutely incredible stay here, it was easily the best hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and genuine welcome from the host and his family, making us feel right at home immediately. Our bedroom was impressively spacious and kept perfectly clean throughout our visit. The highlight, however, was the spectacular view; waking up to a panoramic vista of both the city and the lake was truly unforgettable. What really set this place apart was the exceptional hospitality. The host took care of us from the beginning until the very end of our stay, going above and beyond by even personally taking us to the bus stop when it was time to leave. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! Thank you, Mr Ma, for your hospitality.

It's also only a few kilometers from the airport, which is super convenient. Couples will find it very relaxing here, as all rooms have king-size beds. The guesthouse host was lovely and enthusiastic, recommending off-the-beaten-path routes and nearby eateries. Overall, it was a great experience!

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the two Mo sisters and their adorable feline companions, Pirate (the black cat) and Sweet Tooth (the brown one).
Everything about this stay—from the location and decor to the impeccable cleanliness and service—deserves 10 stars. The Mo sisters are incredibly friendly, chatty, and helpful, making the entire place feel like a beautifully maintained, quaint home.
A few highlights:
Thoughtful Details: The beds come equipped with heating pads for colder nights, which was such a nice touch.
Amenities: I absolutely loved the peaceful courtyard and the rooftop area.
Service: They are very attentive; for instance, if you need brighter reading lights, you just have to ask.
The Atmosphere: The garden is lovingly cared for and adds so much to the vibe.
Even as a dedicated dog lover, I have to admit that Pirate and Sweet Tooth completely won me over. If you are looking for a stay with character and heart, this is it!

AAnonymous UserStaying at the Anyu Hotel in Dali Ancient City was such a delightful surprise! The overall ambiance is incredibly stylish, with a great design aesthetic that's elegant without being over-the-top. It's clean and comfortable, making you feel relaxed the moment you step inside. The location is perfect too – it’s peaceful yet close to all the action. We felt incredibly safe, as it seems to be right next to a military base. If you're an early riser, you can even catch the sunrise and watch the troop drills! This spot allows you to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the ancient city without being disturbed, and you can easily explore the city on foot. It’s incredibly convenient.
We stayed on the third floor, which only has three rooms in total. On our first night, we were the only guests, giving us the feeling of having the entire floor to ourselves – ultimate privacy! It truly felt as comfortable as being at home. The common area on the third floor is also beautifully decorated, cozy, and full of thoughtful details. The whole floor made us feel like we were on a 'staycation at home.'
The room even had a small tea room, which was a huge bonus! As soon as we arrived, my father and daughter couldn't resist sitting down to play chess. The atmosphere was so quiet and comfortable, truly embodying a sense of everyday life.
The service was also exceptional. The staff were all incredibly nice, and their attention to detail was outstanding. We arrived quite late, and just before reaching the hotel, we got stuck in traffic due to a garbage collection truck. One of the female staff members immediately came out to meet us and help with our luggage. It was really heavy, but she managed to carry it all the way back to the hotel and up to the third floor! Even though she must have been exhausted, she still happily introduced us to everything and got us settled. Every evening, they prepared a 'good night' snack, which added a lovely touch of ceremony. The afternoon tea was also exquisite, both visually appealing and delicious. And the breakfast was tasty – simple yet thoughtfully prepared.
My favorite part was the balcony on the third floor. Sitting there, enjoying the view and the breeze, was incredibly therapeutic. It perfectly encapsulated the slow pace of life in Dali.
Upon checking out, they even gave us a thoughtful portable cup as a parting gift. It was a small gesture, but it really made us feel appreciated.
Overall, this is a hotel I would definitely want to return to. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway.

GGuest UserThis place truly made me feel at home. I arrived at the hotel starving after my business trip, heading straight into a solo vacation. The owner's father personally picked me up from the airport and even made me a warm bowl of noodles. The rest of my stay was wonderful. The room had an unbeatable location; I could see Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain the moment I woke up, and enjoyed both sunrise and sunset, plus the evening 'fish lanterns'. Reading, sunbathing, and feeling the breeze from Erhai Lake on the balcony – it was incredibly relaxing. The only downside was that the room was so comfortable, I barely wanted to leave to explore! The owner, knowing I was tired, even brought my takeout right to my room. I wish all hard-working people like them continued success!

GGuest UserThe manor is nestled on a cliffside in Wencun Village, Haidong, with Rainbow Road right outside – perfect for dining out and snapping photos. The manor also offers golf cart service to other areas within the village.
The butler service was incredibly thoughtful. Upon arrival, the butler was already waiting outside to greet us, helped with our luggage, guided us through check-in, and escorted us to our room. Any questions we had were promptly answered in the group chat. Breakfast offered a choice of rice noodles, regular noodles, Er'si (a local rice cake dish), or congee, accompanied by bread, scrambled eggs, fruit, and a salad set – all very delicious. The afternoon tea was also lovely; enjoying coffee and cake while gazing at the stunning Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake was truly relaxing.
The room was very neat and clean. Both the private hot tub and balcony offered direct, beautiful views of the mountains and sea, which was fantastic. The complimentary photography session provided by the hotel was also excellent; it perfectly captured the stunning blend of the manor and the Cang-Er region!
