Dali Hostels

I recently had the pleasure of spending a pleasant weekend at the lodge's youth hostel. The overall experience was very good, especially its value for money and spacious public areas. The following are some of my detailed feelings: 1. Affordable Price: I think it is very good value for money considering the facilities and services provided. 2. Comfortable accommodation environment: The beds in the room are clean and comfortable and equipped with necessary living facilities, such as free Wi-Fi, hot shower, etc. Each bed is also equipped with a reading light and a private locker, ensuring a certain degree of privacy and convenience. 3. Spacious public areas: The public areas are a highlight of this hostel. Not only is it large, it's also well designed, with a comfortable entertainment area, a spacious dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you want to relax, socialize or cook your own delicious food, you'll find the right space here.

The room is very clean and has all the disposable items. It's the ideal homestay. The public area is also spacious. You can play games with the volunteer ladies. You can see Cangshan Mountain from the rooftop. The scenery is very beautiful. If time is not limited, I really want to stay here for a month. Next time I come to Dali, I will definitely stay in Muyi Da again.

I also set it for my friends to live here together. It feels super good! The sun on the roof is super comfortable! You can take a taxi when you go out. It is very convenient to rent a car in the yard! The proprietress is very friendly!

The location of the youth hostel is very good. It is close to the food street and it is very convenient to eat. The owner's house can rent mountain bikes to ride around Erhai Lake. The price is reasonable. The room is facing two streets. It is a bit noisy in the middle of the night and it is easy to wake up

The sheets were very clean and had no peculiar smell. It was the first time I stayed in a hostel that didn't smell like a hotel. It felt like sleeping in my own home. The only drawback was that the public bathroom was a bit small. Another point was that there was no one when I checked in. The only person who greeted me was The boss’s cute little kitten. After packing up his things, he went out and went back very late. He didn’t even see the boss or his friends at the hotel. When he came back, my roommate told me that someone had a birthday and left me a piece of cake😭😭 😭I’m so touched, I feel the atmosphere is great

Super invincible recommendation 1. The location of the hotel is very convenient to take a taxi to the main road here, and go to the other side to enter the downtown area. 2. The boss is very good, the rice noodle shop recommended to us, it is delicious, and I also made coffee for me, borrowed the computer to pass me photos, gave me Amway skin care products, the boss’s mother is also super gentle, the boss’s puppy golden hair cloth is super enthusiastic, it is simply a little angel 3. Also lend me laundry detergent, it is super convenient to dry clothes on the top floor 4. The four-piece fabric on the bed is super comfortable

Would recommend Hosting Friendly and smiley. Took up bags without asking. Answer questions over wechat. Even the other guests were friendly! Usually Chinese visitors don't really speak to me (which is fine of course), but the girls I shared a room with even asked me to dinner with them and shared food Location The pictures they have down for the exterior, it's actually to the left of that. walking distance to the ancient village and chongsheng temple. easy trips to the lake. Amenities Fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, shoe dryer, toiletries, kitchen area etc. all included. There's like a communal courtyard area as well and I believe you can eat there too but you need to book it the day before by a certain time. Bathroom Sit down toilet. Shower. Toiletries. Looks a bit shabby at first glance but the shower toilet and sink are all working and very clean Room Lovely thick mattress (I've found they are usually quite thin in Chinese hostels so this was a nice surprise). Heater if needed. I'm not entirely sure how the lock on the door is supposed to be done. Overall great atmosphere. The pictures look a little bit rough around the edges but its honestly fine and i think I could stay here a while

Song and Dave speak excellent English and Song especially was very helpful and apologetic about only having a room with two single beds rather than the double we booked (a conflict between bookings made on Trip & C-trip). Nevertheless the beds were comfortable and we slept well. Room was clean and tidy although no toilet paper and the flexible shower broken (large overhead shower working). No kettle in room but community water boiler on ground floor in courtyard. Nice atmosphere in hotel and architecturally satisfying, great views from roof where there is a place to do laundry and hang clothes to dry. Short walk to ancient town, and the neighborhood around the hotel also worth exploring. Recommended.

If you are traveling on a show string budget, this place will be just fine. The pods are well maintained. No toiletries and towels provided. Get your own. The owner is helpful. The place also has bikes which can be rented at 10 RMB per day. Has wifi.

The environment and facilities are pretty good, better than I expected. The geographical location is also very good, at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, close to the ancient city and March Street. When the weather is good, you can see the snow-covered Cangshan Mountain, which is very magnificent. The most important thing is that Dali has a strong cultural flavor here. Even if the weather is bad and you can't go out, you can sit in the bar downstairs for a day and chat with friends from all over the world around the fireplace, so that a person's journey will not feel empty and boring. Finally, there are often barbecue activities in the store. The boss's barbecue skills are very good, which left a very deep impression on me!
