Services: We were very impressed by the services rendered by the 管家 by the name of 小杜, and his team of colleagues! He ensured that our every need was met and exceeded! During our check-in day, there was a power outage for some parts of the Shuanglang old town, including this property. He kept apologizing sincerely even though it was no fault of his and he did everything within his abilities to ensure we are comfortable. Thank you, 小杜 and your team! Location: A short 2 minutes walk through the old town from the vehicle drop off point, do a right turn into an alley and you will find the amazing property sitting just on the bank of ErHai lake, with a superb view of the sunset, be it from the garden, lobby, breakfast area or the roof top. Just before the entrance to the alley, at the main street of the old town, you could get food even at 1030pm! Certainly a 5 stars for the location! Rooms: Quality bath robes and slippers to keep you warm, comfortable bed to snuggle in, free minibar and snacks replaced daily, what more could we ask for? Breakfast & Night snacks: Breakfast was delightful and also a tasty night snack to warm your tummy before sleep! All were great! Overall: For the two nights of stay, we absolutely enjoyed ourselves! Not just for the services and the clean rooms, also for the picturesque location where the architect has put in much effort to maximize the visual impact of the scenic Erhai view for all visitors! We had sooooooooo many nice photos taken at the amazing property! Strongly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Erhai!

The hotel used a perfect sense of ceremony and thoughtful service to make this special day even more memorable. I especially want to praise our exclusive housekeeper Wang Mei! From the beginning of booking, Wang Mei contacted me and asked about the needs in detail. When she learned that it was an important anniversary, she quietly planned a lot of heartwarming surprises. The moment I opened the door, the carefully decorated room made people shine-the bed covered with rose petals, the exquisite anniversary decorations, and the handwritten blessing cards, all of which were full of heart. What's more surprising is that she quietly prepared customized cakes and red wine, and the sense of ceremony was directly full, and my parents were very moved. During the stay, Wang Mei's service was even more meticulous. She cared about her parents' needs like a family member. Not only did she patiently recommend tour routes and specialty restaurants suitable for the elderly, but she also kindly reminded them of the temperature difference between morning and evening and helped prepare common medicines. She greeted me warmly every time she met, took the initiative to help take pictures to record the beautiful moments, and was meticulous and thoughtful throughout the process without disturbing me. The hotel enjoys the beautiful scenery of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. In the morning, you can see the clouds and mist on the terrace, and in the evening, you can watch the sunset dyeing the lake red. Every frame is like a painting. I have stayed at Yiyun Hotel twice, and it has always impressed me with its high-quality service and excellent experience. Butler Wang Mei has made this beauty even better! Overall, it is still worth the trip~ The B&B is ok, but there is one thing to say, remind everyone not to book the photography provided by the hotel. The five photos provided are only the original photos, and the simple photos need 20/photo. The key is that the original photos are very poor~ It is a simple follow-up shoot for half an hour, and then the original photos are added for 30/photo, and the photos are 50/photo. It feels like robbing money. Since I came here and took photos, I only added 8 photos. A total of 13 photos with photos and 2 original photos cost 500 yuan~~ I realized it late at night and thought about it more and more that I was a big sucker. At that time, I trusted the B&B and did not negotiate the price with the photographer in advance~ Thinking about the previous Disney follow-up shoot for only more than 200 an hour, and all the negatives were given 10 photos with fine-tuning, it was really the biggest impression of this stay~

The hotel is close to the busy Dali old town, but in a quiet neighborhood. Hotel employees are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has Japanese Zen setting both inside the guest room and in the courtyard. We enjoyed watching sunrise from the room and the courtyard.

Then after checking in to the hotel, as soon as we arrived at the lobby, the lady at the front desk served us a cup of sour plum soup, and quickly checked us in and moved our luggage to the room. The room upgraded us to a sea view room on the 3rd floor. The room location is super good, words can't express it, just look at the pictures, ps: the hotel's breakfast and afternoon tea are super delicious and good, the service and hygiene environment are super good, brothers just go! ! ! ! ! ! !
