GGuest UserI booked a garden view room which came with two small courtyards, one in the front and one in the back. The room was spacious and very clean. Opening the window to see the blue sky and white clouds was incredibly relaxing. 😎
The hotel's back entrance leads to a parking lot, making it convenient for parking and calling for a ride. The front entrance is right next to an ecological corridor, and directly across from Erhai Lake! Extremely convenient!
The hotel's location is excellent, offering peace and quiet yet close to everything. Misan Bookstore, which is absolutely beautiful and perfect for photos, is just a 200-meter walk away. Later, when we cycled past Caicun Village and S-bay, it was crowded with people and cars, which made me appreciate the hotel's location even more. 👍
The hotel staff, especially the gentlemen, were also great. They helped us plan our itinerary, and the food was fantastic – we even came back to the hotel for dinner twice! There was also an afternoon tea and sweet soup in the evening, which was a nice touch!
Overall, highly recommended!

GGuest UserI finally stayed at this beautiful B&B that I've been eyeing for a while. The ecological environment in Haixi is fantastic, and it's not as crowded or commercialized as other places like Dali Ancient City or Shuanglang. It's incredibly laid-back, and I felt relaxed the moment I checked in, ready for my vacation ⛱️.
Even though I did my research beforehand, I was still blown away when I opened the door. The room has huge floor-to-ceiling windows, offering stunning views of Erhai Lake and the springtime trees outside. It's definitely a must-stay when you're in Dali.
The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is really delicious and plentiful, and they even prepare beautifully presented afternoon tea. Apparently, you can also order some nice cocktails from the coffee shop downstairs in the evening. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends!

AAramiRexWe stayed here from 12–15 May during our honeymoon and decided to do our Yunnan trip entirely on our own. Dali was our first destination after landing in Kunming the night before, and it turned out to be the perfect start to our journey.
Since our train arrived early at around 9:00 AM, I contacted the host a few days in advance to ask if an early check-in would be possible. Not only were they happy to accommodate our request, but they also kindly offered to pick us up from the station. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by our host, Mei, who gave us a tour of the property after check-in.
The hotel exceeded our expectations. The architecture is absolutely stunning, from the outside, it feels like staying in a beautiful traditional palace within the old town, while the interior is thoughtfully modernized with every comfort you could need. Our room was incredibly spacious, and we especially loved the heated bathroom floors and the bidet, which was a pleasant surprise. There is also a rooftop area where guests can enjoy a beautiful sunrise view.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Guests are given several options, and parts of the menu change daily, which kept things interesting. What we looked forward to most every morning was the amazing yogurt served with homemade rose jam, it was honestly the best we've ever had. We mentioned how much we loved it, and at the end of our stay, Mei surprised us with a jar to take home. Such a thoughtful gesture!
Every evening, the hotel served a warm dessert, introducing us to flavors that were completely new yet delicious. We were also treated to a complimentary afternoon tea. To make our honeymoon even more special, Mei and her team surprised us with a personalized cake, which was incredibly touching.
The location is very convenient, with several Muslim-friendly eateries within a 10-minute walk, as well as convenience stores nearby.
What truly sets this place apart, however, is the hospitality. Out of all the accommodations we stayed at during our Yunnan trip, this was by far the best. Mei went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, constantly sharing recommendations, travel tips, and local insights to help us make the most of our time in Dali. We genuinely felt cared for throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for honeymooners and newlyweds looking for a memorable and heartfelt experience. InsyaAllah, we will definitely return on our future trips to Dali.

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, quite close to the airport. Right across the street is the cruise terminal, which we used to take a boat to Xizhou. The Wetland Park is just a short walk downstairs, perfect for kids to dig around for pebbles.
The twin beds can be pushed together, and there are bed rails available. The bathtub was very clean!
On the first night, the air conditioning was a bit noisy. I messaged Olivia after midnight, and she responded promptly. Maintenance came the next day, and the noise was significantly reduced that night. They even offered a complimentary airport drop-off service!
Dali can be very humid, but the hotel felt wonderfully dry and comfortable to return to!
Breakfast offered some variety each day. The Chinese dinner was decent, and the Thai food was great for kids!

IIrislvxingzhong…During my leisure time, I went to the Seaview Bookstore to await the sunrise, enjoyed three types of tea, made rubbings of horse talismans, and sewed herbal sachets, then took a leisurely walk on the less-traveled forest path. The garden itself has a Kyoto-esque tranquility. The Weishan Braised Pork Er'si at the morning noodle station was the biggest surprise, and the medicinal pork hock with wild mushroom oil was an authentic Yunnan flavor that I instantly fell in love with. For breakfast, you can even choose a Hello Kitty plate, which is super cute! The view right outside the window is stunning, with Cangshan Mountain in full view. This was an excellent staycation experience.

The shower had excellent water pressure, making for a great bathing experience, and the bedding was soft and comfortable – perfect for relaxing. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, with no disturbing noise, and its city center location made it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The front desk staff were consistently warm, polite, and provided meticulous and thoughtful service. This sudden little treat really elevated the entire trip's happiness. The stay was absolutely perfect, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Thank you for the room upgrade, and thanks to the butler for their problem-solving skills, but providing an honest review is my right.
With such a fantastic location and breathtaking views, the interior design's aesthetic is truly disappointing. It has a 'fake sophistication' vibe, feeling cheap and网红 (internet-famous). My overall impression is that this place is great for photos, but not for living in.
Staying here was a mix of happiness and pain. If I had to describe it in one word, it would be 'fragmented'. It's like dealing with someone who's hot and cold – one moment you feel they're warm and considerate, the next you feel everything they say and do has an ulterior motive.
The bathtub, shower facilities, and toilet were all very good. The hairdryer was a Dyson, and even the disposable bathtub liner was quite thick. The shampoo and shower gel provided were also reputable brands, and the pillows were decent. But the decor is genuinely ugly – do you know that feeling when a stunning woman insists on wearing an 'auntie' hairstyle?
The food, however, is the biggest complaint. It's the worst guesthouse meal I've ever had in my life. The afternoon tea was generous in quantity but terrible in taste, and breakfast was the same – mostly a collection of frozen, pre-made items. There were even flies on the bread, and when I pointed it out to the staff, they didn't seem to care much.

You don't even need to leave the room or buy aquarium tickets; you just open your eyes to sharks, sea turtles, and manta rays gracefully gliding by, and colorful tropical fish darting in schools. You can enjoy an immersive fish-watching experience 24 hours a day. During the day, sunlight shimmers through the water, and at night, blue lights illuminate the tank, creating an incredibly dreamy atmosphere.
The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Starting at 40 square meters, the layout was well-designed, featuring smart lighting and a fresh air system. The mini-bar drinks and snacks were complimentary, and they even thoughtfully provided children's slippers and small bathrobes, making it super convenient for families with kids.
And the service was absolutely impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, offering welcome fruits upon check-in. The hotel has direct access to the aquarium, just a short walk away, which made visiting the exhibits incredibly convenient – no need to rush at all.
Whether it's a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this place offers a truly unique experience with incredible value for money.

The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views, and enjoying a bath in the tub while watching the sunset is pure bliss. The setting is breathtaking, with a beautifully landscaped courtyard. The sea-view terrace is so picturesque, every casual shot looks like a professional photograph. The service is incredibly thoughtful. Our butler was warm and attentive, providing complimentary luggage transfer and even welcome fruit upon check-in. The cleanliness is impeccable. The bedding is fresh and soft, daily deep cleaning is performed, and even the hidden corners are spotless. It's undoubtedly the top choice for a holiday by Erhai Lake!
