The underground parking garage is absolutely massive, a huge plus for self-driving travelers, far exceeding the size of what you'd find in Gaoshan, Xishuangbanna. The entire building is quite grand and impressive, and the restaurant is also very spacious. The laundry room has one fewer washer-dryer set than other All Seasons hotels, but thankfully, the staff was able to help with the laundry and have it delivered to our room. The front desk staff was incredibly patient and upgraded us to a lake-view room, from which we had a direct view of Erhai Lake. It's worth noting that even though there was some noise from upstairs, the staff patiently intervened. Regardless of the final outcome, the empathy and reassurance they provided were outstanding. A big shout-out to the front desk lady! Overall, the service attitude throughout our stay was truly exceptional – genuinely sincere!

It's my first time staying in this hotel. I feel very comfortable. The staff are very enthusiastic. There is a pleasant greeting as soon as I enter the door, which makes people feel very friendly. They also take the initiative to help with luggage. The service is also very thoughtful during the stay. The room is also very clean. There are many varieties of breakfast. It's delicious. I am very satisfied. I will choose their hotel next time.

My first stay at a Ji Hotel, and it surprisingly exceeded all my expectations! The staff were polite and welcoming, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. I especially loved the motion-sensor lights under the bed and in the bathroom – they didn't disturb my sleep but made it so convenient to use the restroom at night. When I asked for a few extra bottles of drinking water, they were delivered very quickly. Excellent service! The location is also fantastic, very close to the ancient city, and with the hotel entrance right on a main road, it's incredibly easy to catch a taxi and get anywhere.

The hotel has good facilities, smart toilet, light switch, electric curtains, spacious rooms and bathrooms, clean and sanitary, rich breakfast, quiet environment... It is 10 minutes away from the high-speed rail station. The front desk service is very thoughtful and gave me fruit.

The young ladies at the front desk have a very good attitude, the fruit plate provided tastes very good 👍 The room is large and spacious, the whole is very clean, and the distance from the train station is also very close. If there is a next opportunity, I will choose this store. Happy 🥳
