Atour Hotels in Dalian

This hotel is a convenient option within a few minutes' walk of Zhongshan Square. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. There is a very good breakfast buffet where a range of different types of breakfast are available, as well as good coffee. The wonton soup is recommended. The outside windows of the building could do with a clean. The staff are courteous and helpful.

During a self-driving trip to Dalian, I specially arranged to spend half a day in Wafangdian to see the large and small Pai Shi landscape. We got a room upgrade when we checked in. Overall clean and tidy, the room and shower room are spacious; and the quilt is moderately thick and very comfortable. Nothing is more important than a good night's sleep! The design of unlimited charging on both sides of the bed is also very thoughtful; the hanging ears in the room also smell good! The lady at the front desk was very considerate and gave me a small gift. . . All in all, I love this hotel and recommend it!

This was my first visit to Dalian from abroad, a short two-day trip from overseas. It is located near the Dalian Station so I did not get lost. It was a great place to start sightseeing. I was satisfied with everything about the hotel. Very nice staff, very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had enough choice. It was pretty helpful for me that there were free bottled water in front of the elevators on each floor. I will stay here again when I go to Dalian.

The hotel is very comfortable, convenient and well-equipped. The butler service of Miss Guanggen is very considerate. She provides water, fruit, ear plugs and steam eye mask. Her attitude is kind and generous. The considerate service makes my mother and I feel sincere and warm. We will continue to choose here next time.

Because I travel as a family, most of the time I book a parent-child room, and all the facilities in the parent-child room include slippers. Only two servings. And the front desk staff will not notice it, nor will they take the initiative to give you things for children. Or add an extra serving. Slippers, toothbrushes, etc. Hygiene: The hotel overall looks very new, and the facilities and hygiene are relatively neat. I really love cleanliness, so I always choose Atour when I go out. There is also great attention to detail in the bathroom. There are some black mold spots in the cracks of the wall, which are inevitable due to humidity. Environment: The environment of the hotel is very good. The lobby allows me to read quietly there. Take a break. Rooms are divided into zones. Between each area, you need to swipe the room card, and then the glass door slides open. Gives people a sense of technology. Service: I really want to talk about the parking guy on the first floor of Dalian Zhuanghe Atour Hotel. He is really very serious and responsible. After I parked the car, I forgot to take some luggage. When my husband went down to drive my car, the uncle immediately got up and walked out of the glass window of the store. Then I stood by my car and looked at my husband like he was staring at a thief, watching him take things from my car. My husband said to the uncle who was looking at the car at that time, you have really worked hard and are too serious and responsible. When he saw that the driver was not a female driver, he immediately became very alert. In particular, I would like to say that the hair dryer of Atour products is really easy to use. There are also Atour's new pillows, which I also think are very good. The service staff of this hotel told me that it will be cheaper if you buy online than in our physical store. One or two hundred yuan, that guy is really affordable and very kind-hearted. I like it.

The design of the hotel is avant-garde, luxurious and simple, which is very suitable for young people to choose to live for business trips or leisure. The sanitation is good, the environment is not noisy, and the front desk service of the main hotel is very attentive and considerate. The price is not high, but the living experience is good

The room was clean and hygienic, and there was no dust under the bed! They gave the children a small gift very considerately. The most important thing is that the room has Atour pillows. After so many years, I finally have a pillow that is kind to the cervical spine! This determines that I will choose Atour next time. The parking lot entrance recognition is not very sensitive! It took a long time to come in and go out. You don’t need to put on Atour’s black lid on the water bottle! It’s very difficult to twist it!

New hotel, not too close to the subway but not too far at Zhongshan Station B2 Exit. The reception staff is very attentive. I arrived quite early, they checked the vacant room and helped me check in and help recommend tourist attractions. The room is very clean and comfortable, there is a mini bar and amenities. If I have a chance to come to Dalian, I will come back to stay here.
