Atour Hotels in Dalian

It was my first time to travel to Dalian. As a kid from the south, I thought it would be cold when I went to the north in November, but I didn't expect it to be so hot in the north. I basically choose Atour when I go out recently. I heard that Atour is our Shanghai brand, so I feel more assured. The hotel is nice and big, and it is convenient to go out. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the subway and shopping mall. The service staff is also very friendly, but I didn't expect it to be so hot in the north in early November. Moreover, the air conditioner was turned on for a long time, but it was getting hotter and hotter. I asked and found out that the cooling was turned off. I could only trouble the staff to bring an electric fan. People from the south don't understand why the cooling should be turned off when it is so hot. It's strange to use an electric fan in a hotel, and it's uncomfortable to use an electric fan. In this kind of weather, should we deal with the air conditioning problem according to the situation?

Convenient transportation, right next to Dalian Railway Station, Pavilion Mall nearby, convenient for dining, and you can also take Metro Line 2 and Line 5 The attitudes of the front desk ladies and the cleaning aunt were very good, and they also gave us a fruit plate The room was clean and tidy, I will stay here again next time I come to Dalian

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Just 20 minutes from the airport. Nearby you can find a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Rooms standard is perfect and comfortable.

Stayed here 09 nights in total, after multiple extensions. Room 207. 1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian. 2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening. 3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging. 4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available) 5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well. 6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. Positives. Easy check-in. Clean room. No added extras that I didn't need. Firm, but comfortable bed. Negatives. I couldn't operate the T.V remote. The air-conditioning only blows hot air. And there's no stores nearby. (Only a KFC and Chinese fresh food market 5 minutes walk away) But: The room lighting was nice. And thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. They put power outlets beside the bed, and provided static charging pads for your phone. I've never seen this before, even in 5 star hotels. It was so convenient to actually be able to plug my computer in, and not have to carry power boards and USB cables for phone charging. Great idea, and very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. No real complaints. Oh, and not a bad breakfast. Well done to the cooks for trying to provide Western food along with the standard Chinese breakfast. High-quality service comes from hard work. During the few days of stay, I really felt the hard work of all the service staff. The check-in experience is very good. The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy. After a busy day at work, I can really feel good when I return to the hotel Rest and relax. There is a laundry room attached on the first floor. If you are busy, you can ask the front desk to take care of you and help you dry clothes. It is unreasonable not to give five-star praise. The location of the hotel is close to Dalian North Railway Station, and the transportation is quite convenient. Shopping and eating may be a bit far away, but with the takeaway platform in hand, there is everything you want to eat, and there are robots to help deliver meals. I recommend you to give priority to it.

The room is still very good. 4 bottles of water are provided every day. There are also a lot of hangers and pillows. But the only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good. You can hear the noise from the neighbors. 🥹🥹🥹 Environment: Very good

The hotel is very comfortable, convenient and well-equipped. The butler service of Miss Guanggen is very considerate. She provides water, fruit, ear plugs and steam eye mask. Her attitude is kind and generous. The considerate service makes my mother and I feel sincere and warm. We will continue to choose here next time.
