I stayed at this place for a very long time. I ended up extendi g so many times. I like the fact that my room had a good washing machine. It had a drying option although it took a pretty long to complete the drying.

Not bad, I came to Dalian to live by the sea in the off-season, the price/performance ratio is very high, it is clean and has complete facilities, I will come again next time!

The house is very big, much bigger than I imagined. It overlooks the sea called Hai Zhi Yun to the east. It is about 70 square meters. After moving in, I found that there are barbecues, supermarkets, and breakfasts downstairs. The boss decorated the room very nicely. My wife and I are very happy living here. We can make friends and play mahjong.
