The location of the hotel is very good. Equal distance to most places you want to visit. People’s square, friendship square, Xinghai square, and other important landmarks. Maximum 15 RMB by taxi to the furthest points from the hotel. The room is comfortable. The staff is very helpful. But one night when I return to the room I found that the room was not cleaned. Got very disappointed. In the middle of the night the hotel guard had to come and clean the room change the sheets and change towels. But later it was ok. They kept the room very clean. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

住過最噁心的酒店沒有之一 我早上八點半有研究生複試 通過攜程問酒店能不能提前入住 酒店那邊説可以 到房間之後一股臭味 是我着急來的我也不多挑毛病 走的時候落了一個護髮素 酒店打電話叫我來取 我取完沒走打的車還沒到我就坐在大堂等車 順耳聽到酒店的前台幾個人在背後點評我 説我非得八點入住不住就投訴？？？？？真挺有意思的 酒店服務態度就這？？？八點入住是我有急事 不能住就跟我説我換一家酒店 在背後嚼舌根幾個意思？成年人了自己的嘴都管不住嗎？這條差評我給了 隨便你們酒店的人怎麼説哈 可以繼續罵我 無所謂

環境：
本來想定華住旗下的的酒店，但是網上查到的白玉蘭也算是四星級酒店的水平，所以好奇定了一次，但是到了之後雖然住的是原來錦江之星的房子，因為本來想選樓上白玉蘭的房型但是貴了100，但沒啥大區別，而且白玉蘭的窗户比錦江之星的小，其他的性價比也很一般，所以沒有升級。
電視：小就不説什麼了，但是起碼電視信號好一點吧，連央視CCTV1頻道都沒有，更別提其他省的頻道了，有些頻道冒雪花，清晰度簡直了。
網絡：更是差的不行，連上之後連網站有時候都經常打不開，所以用的都是自己的網絡，既然現在大家都是玩手機，旅客這麼多，起碼網絡通暢要保證吧，
我建議錦江如果想沖高端，可以學習一下華住的同等水平酒店，這些基礎部分都不能好好保障，讓顧客怎麼能下次惠顧呢。
不過就是交通還算便利吧，附近都有公交站，去地鐵站不到800米吧。
餐廳：簡直了，差！差！差！
去的時候餐廳經常沒有人，牛奶摻水不能再稀不像是鮮牛奶，而是奶粉沖泡的，不敢恭維。包子處，去晚了包子沒有也不補，後來那天索性全是饅頭，玉米也是硬的沒熟似的。炒的菜，也是被人吃光了，也沒有人補上，也有一次9點多去的時候連煮雞蛋和粥也一點不剩了，餐廳還説是一直到10點。強烈建議大家不要花錢買包含早餐的，自己出去吃吧。就這樣的餐廳還説是什麼錦江的高端，這是什麼配置，酒店就是拼口碑的，一個餐廳一下拉低了不少水平。

我們延住了一晚，之前第一晚住的是清雅雙床房，而第二晚訂的是相對便宜的雙床房A。結果酒店很大氣，沒讓我們換房，延住了清雅雙床房，在此表示感謝。酒店大堂整潔乾淨温馨，還有指路牌特別適合打卡拍照。地理位置優越，叫外賣可供選擇也多。總之就是十分滿意👍

電視不能使用，孩子比較傷心，衞生可以、相比以前住的白玉蘭，洗手盆有些簡陋，位置比較好，去哪裡都方便，這個季節房間裏稍微有點涼，空調不太給力，還是推薦入住的，前台服務很好

前台辦理入住，告知我定的基本房A，就是原來的錦江之星酒店！要豪華的裝修過的要升級。我就晚上睡睡，乾淨就好。所以基本房型就是錦江之星一個樣。總體來説這個價位對得起這個房間，畢竟還包早餐🥣！ 區位來講，這個店在大連中央位置，去海邊，觀景台，碼頭，中山廣場都在6公里左右，打車8元左右。 樓下有個兄弟麪館，雜醬麪+醬排骨 22元，吃到撐！ 還有一家酸菜魚，估計老闆定位不好，沒幾個人吃！ 不過老闆每天都開到半夜，精神可嘉！ 街對面巷子裏有穿白大褂🥼的按摩店！ 十分專業，説是老陳的朋友立馬7折優惠！ 電裏早餐🍳能吃飽，你不能要求過高！ 衞生嘛，毛巾比較舊，最好自己帶！
