首先到達酒店大廳門口大叔打招呼説前廳工作人員不在讓等十五分鐘，然後介紹酒店租車出遊活動，一會兒前廳來人後辦理了入住。房間內設施一般，一般有的都有，和快捷酒店不分上下，感覺還不如快捷，餐費便宜，十塊錢一份味道還可以，。第三天清潔大街敲門説打掃衞生嗎，我説進來打掃一下吧，我讓我家孩子先出來洗手間，結果大姐説那先不打掃了，五一期間太忙了，需要換的都給你們補齊，確實需要更換的都給了，但總感覺哪裡不對勁。是旅遊旺季，但是酒店價格也是上漲了呀，結果就是不舒服呢

如果你對品質和服務有一丁點要求，千萬別住，能憋半死，那前台服務，那餐廳，那房間，那衞生間，那吹風機，那周邊黑的……不能簡單用失望來表達！！！別説洗澡，我連洗刷、上廁所的慾望都沒有了。朋友們，你們住之前一定要去房間看看。本來剪輯了一個視頻，還是不上了，老實人怕惹麻煩。

酒店還不錯，離星海廣場不遠，離海星廣場10多分鐘。而且也挺清靜，不太喧鬧，酒店設施有些老舊，衞生還行，前台服務也不錯。交通挺便利，去各個景點都很方便。旁邊就是星海百年滙，附近小吃特別多，口味都可滿足。性價比很高。

房間真的很不隔音，不知道為什麼。晚上十二點還有洗澡的，放水的聲音非常大！ 去大連玩了一天真的很累 回去睡 也睡不好！ 而且 三百多 性價比太差了

房間蠻大的，也很乾凈，沒有異味，住宿環境不是特別好，插座很少，酒店感覺蠻老的，房間也相對簡陋，旺季過來的所以價格也不低，住也可以，訂的家庭房，仔細看了下應該是大床房改的，所以充電插座也插不到，比較麻煩的就是充電，還有吹風機是壞的風也很小。

酒店很好，前台和保潔阿姨也很熱情，設施比較齊全，酒店整體很乾凈，也很適合拍照，功能也很齊全就是酒店Wi-Fi 有些問題連接不上，不過酒店距離星海廣場很近，去哪裡玩很方便，星海廣場也很漂亮，酒店離地鐵口也很近，交通很方便，去森林動物園也很方便，星海廣場有片小夜市，裏面有家莫吉託很好喝。

地理位置不錯，離星海廣場很近，步行10幾分鐘就到了，酒店工作人員態度不錯，平時可能會經濟實惠，我來的時候是五一，有點貴！
