晚上10：30以後到店的，首先洗衣機是壞的，然後11：30發現插卡取電那邊一直有報警聲，聯繫店家來了，晚上值班小哥態度還可以但是該酒店晚上根本沒有專門修理的人員就在那反覆的折騰，一會來了大樓物業，一會來了其他人員，物業電工因為各種原因不肯修理（兩方交涉的問題），總之反覆折騰到3點多才終於解決問題，但是作為入住者已完全打亂第二天的出行計劃，當天的睡眠質量極差，和酒店溝通居然説賠我300塊錢，房間一晚近1200的價格居然説賠償我300元，我説我會去投訴，店家很霸氣的説隨便去哪投訴，很牛啊！所以建議後面的消費者慎重，這是我在大連為數不多感覺很不友好的地方，不管你是不是突發狀況，造成這種局面就是你店家的問題，這個單必須你來買憑什麼讓我消費者買單！！極差！

特別差，都別來，空調兩個房間都是壞的，酒店不刷門卡進，早上睡覺睡一半，突然進來陌生人，酒店不承認，窗户透風，態度差，陌生人隨便進出房間，不報警不給查監控，停車費要收40元，大家都別來😅

有浴缸但是沒有一次性浴缸套，需要自己去外面找超市買，投影儀小而且不是很亮，地板和桌子上都有擦不掉的印，但是床比較乾淨睡着也很舒服

老闆哈爾濱人東北人真的太熱情了，下次我還會來的，特意給個好評，不愧是東北的，
位置方面：樓下就是星海廣場，樓下有停車位，交通方便，樓下飯店多，左邊是和平廣場商圈可以逛街看電影吃飯，右邊步行即可到星海廣場，近聖亞海洋世界，老虎灘，濱海路，森林動物園，星海公園。
設施方面：有投影儀，裝修很不錯，很新鮮，適合情侶聚會，很喜歡西式復古紅的風格，很有情調，尤其夜晚燈效果特別好，很喜歡屋裡可以聚會
衞生：衞生很乾凈，本來以為民宿不會太合格，但是他們家的衞生還是很過的去的 ，如圖所示，保潔還是很專業的，有問題都可以聯繫前台，
環境：周圍環境很好，靠着海邊空氣清新，可以步行到星海廣場，燈光秀很美，音樂噴泉很值得錄像很美。星海廣場人很多
性價比：這麼多民宿裏，幾百塊論裝修與性價比，這個價位能訂到這麼好的民宿，還是很合適的，畢竟樓下就是星海，複試大落地窗，很暖和，採光好，兩層可以住很多人
服務：前台兩個小姐姐，服務很温柔，可以寄存行李，有問題可以隨時聯繫他們，據説是24小時值班，疫情之後也是真的不容易，特意好評支持一下他們，祝願大家新一年都能行大運，發大財，身體健康

去年來的時候他家還沒有這些精品裝修的 今年來看見精裝修的 果斷下單 不失所望 跟圖片是一樣的 環境相當不錯 離地鐵口也很近 後面就是和平廣場 離西安路 打車十塊錢 吃飯也很方便 樓下就有便利店 前台也很好 非常耐心為我們解答 下次還會來的 祝老闆生意興隆

住了五天 房間很好，複式房間落地窗，房間寬敞明亮，衞生更是沒的説，乾淨整齊，前台小姐姐服務很好，解答問題很及時，位置區域很好臨近星海廣場，和地鐵口，購物商場也是很近，樓下多加超市和早餐店，很是方便，
