老闆人很好，非常有耐心，房間衞生條件巨好，民宿裡邊算數一數二的，視野開闊，無遮擋，看噴泉的方向非常正，坐在沙發上就能看。地理位置優越，下樓就是地鐵站，走路10分鐘就能到海邊，吃飯也方便，帶孩子中午還能回來午休，玩的很開心。

交通便利，靠近星海廣場，老闆也還客氣。但是不建議訂隨機海景房，因為很可能就是個8人間的簡陋房。老闆説給我們升級了，説這房間旺季要2000元。咱也不知道咱小情侶兩人睡有四個床的三室一廳咋睡才能算賺到？分別每床每人上下半夜各睡一覺？本身就是淡季來的，還指着旺季價格對比哈？咱夜裡快11點到的，網上查到還有一間海景情侶房空着，哎，就是不給我們用，咋滴，誰讓我們訂的是“隨機”海景房，最差的不給俺們給誰？來大連的第一夜，糟心。設施也很簡陋，唯一的淋浴小噴頭用個紙片卡住的，紙片掉了後衹能舉着沖～港真，有條件加幾十元老老實實指定房型吧。

設施：時間久了稍微有一點點舊了，但是這個價格是已經很好了
衞生：很乾凈，很不錯
環境：房間稍微小一點，但是很温馨。離星海廣場很近，景色非常美

地段方便但設施簡單冰箱打開都是醜聞，衞生不乾淨房間連瓶水都沒有，和圖片相差懸殊太大，門窗是壞的空調開一夜製冷效果不好可能是玻璃太多但空調夜裡噪音響一夜。正體價格500多的房間真不值，感覺被圖片忽悠了。

房間的地段是非常非常好，窗户看出去就能欣賞星海廣場的音樂噴泉，第一天在廣場看，看完5分鐘就走回去了，第二天房間裏看，唯一一個小問題就是晚上會飄上來燒烤味，但是總體還是不錯的

一家三口來大連旅遊，選的這家的海景家庭房，房間外景超級棒，早晨拉開窗簾就能欣賞美景。房間的裝修很有文藝感，配套用品也很不錯，老闆人很熱情，有什麼需要很快就響應。整體體驗非常好～

乾淨，想不到居然有3張床，視野極佳，地鐵站步行1分鐘，老闆推薦的餐館便宜又好吃，很愉快的一次入住，就是多準備兩天份的水就更好了。
