Ibis Hotels in Dalian

Very enjoyable bedroom, bed is comfortable, facilities are working properly. Look recently opened or renovated but as a budget hotel, already have the traces of uncivilized customers on floor AND WALLS. I had to ask several times for the floor cleaning as it was still sticky around the bed. 😞😞😞... and it is still as the cleaning is just a short swipe not a real cleaning. 😭 I blame the customers first, but the cleaners should be more caring.

In addition, the hotel does not provide free breakfast, which is inconvenient for guests who need to get up early and need to go out to find meals. What is even more disappointing is that the hotel's service attitude is only average, and there is no sense of enthusiasm and care. The service quality needs to be improved. The hotel's location is relatively remote, far from the city, and it is not convenient to travel. . This is a big inconvenience for guests who want to travel and explore the city conveniently. Whether you are going out for shopping or traveling, you need to spend a long time on the road. Overall, my stay at the Ibis Hotel (Dalian Yida Springfield) was not a good one. From sanitary conditions to service attitude to location, there are many problems that make the entire stay lack comfort and convenience. I hope the hotel can improve in these aspects and provide guests with a better stay experience.

Very clean hotel, close to airport, room is big enough, except very little smoking smell which is typical of hotel in northeast China and much better than other hotels; I love the free laundry and BF, laundry provide detergent plus dryer, BF is rich including both western and Chinese style, fruit, drink, toast, egg, sausage and Chinese soup, vegetables, dumplings, noodles, and more. The BF may not as many options as 4 stars hotel but definitely good enough and fresh and clean.

I went to Dalian Jinzhou on a business trip and chose this hotel. The transportation is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. The hotel opened in 2024. The facilities are very clean, especially the corners. The room facilities are also complete. There is also a public laundry room. The room is very spacious and the price is not high. Although the price is not high, the special thing is The service attitude is very good and gives people a very warm feeling. I even extended my stay for one more night. I hope that the standards of health and service will not be lowered due to the passage of time. I wish it will get better and better. I also recommend everyone to come.

The washbasin is in the living room, with straight edges and a flat surface, so there’s water all over the floor after you wash your face! You will fall down in no time if you wear disposable slippers in the hotel! I have pictures to prove it! I don't know who was in charge of the decoration. The bedside table is so simple, like a small stool that can be moved around at will. The mobile phone always falls to the ground. The design of the bedside lamp is also very bad! Very low, always banging your head! There are often problems with the room card. It cannot be used before check-out time. In hot weather, you can only wait at the door. The hotel customer service said that maybe the person walked too far with the room card and came back like this! Oh my god, this is the first time I hear such a statement after staying in dozens of hotels! The hotel has very small windows, and the outside is extremely dirty! All in all, the experience is super bad! Super bad!
