Dalian Hotels with Breakfast

This apartment-style family accommodation was great because it had a large refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and dining table. My parents were very satisfied as we could do a quick load of laundry in the room and then gather around the dining table in the evening. We had to wait a bit long for the lobby elevator, which was inconvenient, but we found an elevator that goes to another commercial area, which was much easier. It was also nice to have restaurants and a spa within the same complex. All the lobby staff were friendly. I would definitely visit again next time.

Having stayed at Atour multiple times, this visit once again provided an excellent experience. The front desk service was warm, thoughtful, and friendly, with efficient check-in and check-out processes – no perfunctory service here. The hotel's laundry room was very convenient, and staff responded promptly. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were great, with a good variety of hot dishes, pastries, and drinks, all fresh and replenished quickly. From check-in reception to laundry facilities and breakfast service, every touchpoint demonstrated meticulous care and attentiveness. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the service from Qi Ruo and Sheng Yi was genuinely warm, helping to ease the fatigue of travel. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it. I will definitely choose Atour again for business trips or leisure travel!

We arrived quite late, and the room type we booked was no longer available. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite, which exceeded our expectations. The sea view was absolutely stunning! The room was clean and the service was attentive; anything we needed was delivered promptly. Traveling with a baby, we appreciated the kids' shower gel and toothbrushes, and there's also a children's play area. They even provided a high chair in the room. Highly recommend for families with children.

The hotel facilities are brand new, clean, and quiet. It's conveniently located with easy access to transportation and plenty of great food options. There's even a morning market nearby where you can experience local culture and buy specialties. They offer free umbrella rentals on rainy days, and the TV allows for screen mirroring from your phone. The mattress is very comfortable, just the right balance of soft and firm, and the hairdryer is powerful and efficient! There's also a self-service laundry room, which is super convenient! The front desk even upgraded my room for free! The only minor issue was that the shower drain was a bit slow; by the second night, after showering for about five minutes, the water started to pool around my feet. It definitely needs some clearing!

The hotel's exterior is very distinctive, and the public areas and room designs have a regal, palace-like aesthetic. Overall, the architecture and hardware are quite impressive. However, what most impacted our experience this time was the ”welcome amenity” photoshoot actively offered by the front desk. It included 3 free digital photos, with additional photos costing 50 yuan each. The pricing itself wasn't an issue, and with the hotel's endorsement, we genuinely thought it was a legitimate ”welcome amenity,” so we decided to try it. When we started, we specifically asked to just take some casual photos in the lobby. We shot for less than 20 minutes and ended up with 32 photos. The photographer's attitude was fine, but during the photo selection process, as we were trying to narrow down to just 4 photos, the staff repeatedly told my boyfriend things like, ”If your wife is pretty, you have to spend money,” ”You're not doing enough, young man,” and ”These photos are so good, aren't you willing to spend a little extra?” This kind of high-pressure sales tactic, exploiting the couple's relationship and purchasing power, along with the commodification and objectification of women's appearance, is highly unprofessional and completely out of line with the Luxury Collection's positioning. After I proactively informed the hotel, both the hotel butler and the photography company apologized and assured us it wouldn't happen again. However, it doesn't change the feeling of being deceived by this experience. I truly hope for genuine improvements in the future.

My main purpose for this trip to Dalian was to watch a match at the Suoyuwan Stadium, so I chose the Novotel Dalian Zhongshan Square. From my hotel room, I could see the entire stadium in the distance. The hotel rooms are located on floors 30 and above. There are a few smaller hotels on floors below 30. Although they share the same building, they don't affect each other! The elevators are shared with the Meilun Hotel, but the Meilun's lobby is on the 58th floor, so again, no mutual impact! **Facilities:** I booked a standard twin room on the 35th floor. The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The shower, in particular, had excellent water pressure. The bedding and linens were clean and hygienic, which I was most satisfied with 👍👍. The soundproofing in the room was also good, ensuring a quiet and peaceful sleep. **Environment:** The hotel boasts a superior location in the city center, making it convenient for dining and shopping. Downstairs, several seafood stalls are quite famous locally, and the food is indeed delicious. The Times Square next door offers various luxury brands, perfect for a stroll after dinner. **Service:** As for the hotel's breakfast, the variety was rich and the quality was excellent. The staff were warm and attentive, efficiently replenishing food and clearing plates, demonstrating a high level of professionalism 👍👍. In summary, my stay was a great experience. I will definitely choose Novotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to friends visiting Dalian!

Highly recommended! Very comfortable for family trips with children. The location is excellent, right next to Exit 4 through the back door. In the evenings, there's live music indoors and a band outdoors. You can enjoy the lively atmosphere from the balcony, and it's vibrant but not noisy. The in-room amenities are quite thoughtful. The tissue brand offers great value for money – soft and dust-free. The air freshener has a pleasant, non-irritating scent, showing careful consideration in procurement. Overall, there are no significant downsides, except for the foot pedal on the bathroom trash can, which is a bit stiff. Upgrading to a better model would be ideal, but it didn't really impact our stay. Additionally, the front desk staff, both men and women, were very diligent and responsible, especially Chow Pak Ho. Since we arrived early in the morning, he promptly arranged our check-in and upgraded our room as soon as a vacant one became available. We are very grateful. Our child had a wonderful time and gained a lot. We plan to come back next summer with friends and their family. We hope the standards are maintained and even improved upon!

Jennie provided excellent service, and check-in was quick and efficient. The hotel is in the city center, and our room overlooked Dalian Labor Park, making getting around very convenient. The front desk even upgraded us to a deluxe suite for free, which was absolutely wonderful. We were extremely satisfied. It definitely improved our impression of Dalian.

I originally booked a king-size bed room without windows, but when I checked in, the front desk lady upgraded me to a family room for free. It has an extra-large double bed and a single bed. The room is large and well decorated. It is very close to Xi'an Road subway station. The price/performance ratio is great. I will stay here again next time. I highly recommend it.
