"This hotel truly has an amazing ambiance! The moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with an elegant and serene atmosphere – soft lighting and soothing music immediately put you at ease. The room is exquisitely decorated, with incredibly soft and comfortable bedding, a clean and tidy bathroom, and all the amenities you could need. The hotel's landscaping is also superb; the courtyard is shaded by lush trees and overflowing with beautiful flowers, making it feel like a tranquil garden. What's more, the soundproofing is excellent; I slept incredibly soundly at night, completely undisturbed by any outside noise. Staying here was an absolute delight, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance."

"I chose this hotel because it's near the hospital where I was staying. The location is excellent, and the room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and the overall service was really good. The front desk staff even upgraded my room for free, and they have hot water available at the reception. The hotel is affordable and very clean, offering the best value for money among all the hotels in the area."

"Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidy, and the location was super convenient. The subway station is right outside, and there's a large mall directly behind the hotel – a food lover's paradise! The cleaning staff were also very considerate, taking guests' feelings into account. Facilities: The disposable amenities provided were very comprehensive, and they even offered disposable alcohol wipes for the toilet seat, which was a thoughtful touch. Environment: The hotel environment is very good, though it is a bit noisy, but I suppose most hotels have some soundproofing issues, so it's not a major problem. However, I requested a quiet room, and they certainly met that need, which was great! Service: The front desk ladies were all very kind and enthusiastic, and they tried their best to fulfill any requests. I happened to be on my period during my trip, and the front desk staff kept boiling hot water for me, haha, I was so touched! I'll definitely be staying here again next time! 🥰🥰"

"This was my first stay and I was extremely satisfied. I've stayed at Ibis many times, and it's always great. The service attitude is super good, and the front desk staff are lovely. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find great food. It's really close to all the attractions. The room was very clean, and the environment was comfortable and cozy. The bedding was spotless. You can even store your luggage after checking out. All in all, I was very happy with my stay and highly recommend it!"

"An absolutely perfect stay. The InterContinental Dalian boasts luxurious, elegant, and grand facilities. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and inviting, offering breathtaking views of the East Port shipyard and the ocean. Its prime downtown location provides incredibly convenient access to subway and bus lines, and taxi rides around the city are also very affordable. It's just a short walk to the historic century-old buildings around Zhongshan Square. Check-in was a breeze, and the service was attentive and incredibly warm. A special thank you to DANA at the front desk for her excellent service. I also appreciate the doormen who always helped me with my bags from the taxi. Finally, kudos to the F&B department for the thoughtful gesture of delivering red date and pear soup to my room in the evening, which was a perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Dalian truly is a fantastic city!"

"Facilities: Though it's an older establishment, the facilities are well-maintained with no visible damage or wear and tear. Cleanliness: Relatively clean, and the cleaning staff did a thorough job. Environment: The hotel is quiet, despite being on a high floor. It's located in the CBD, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, making for a vibrant nightlife. Service: Very warm and welcoming, especially the young lady at the executive lounge – she was lovely and enthusiastic. The fourth-floor pool is great; it's not huge, but perfectly adequate for a good swim. The happy hour food selection was decent and satisfying, and the cocktails were particularly well-made. The mini-bar was well-stocked with drinks, including local Dalian soda and shrimp crisps."

"I want to give a super full score! I booked a big bed room. The superb store helped me upgrade the family room. I was shocked when I entered the door. The whole area was at least 100 square meters. There was a square and spacious living room and oversized floor-to-ceiling windows. The 23rd floor overlooks the night view. Super beautiful The decoration is high-end atmosphere and stylish. The whole house is smart home. It should be newly renovated in 24/25. The refrigerator, washing machine, toilet, and water heater are all new. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The bedding is also great, the mattress is elastic and supportive, and the bedding is very clean There was no bad smell in the whole house. There is also a very important point! The floor heating is super powerful, the whole house is warm, and there is no need to cover the quilt at night. This treasure of the south pay attention! In winter, you must pay attention to the heating problem in the northeast, otherwise it will be miserable. Finally, it was a small problem. "Novotel will be my top choice next time I visit Dalian! Absolutely fantastic! This was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at during my Dalian trip. For the first two days, unfamiliar with the city, I booked a highly-rated hotel online based on its location. To my dismay, it didn't even have blackout curtains, and I was woken up by sunlight shining on my bed past 5 AM. I decisively switched to Novotel, which, coincidentally, is located in the same building. I regret that Novotel wasn't a recommended option when I made my initial booking online. **Location:** Situated in the heart of Zhongshan District, it's near Dalian Times Square (luxury shopping) and very close to Zhongshan Square and the charming Nanshan Street. Its excellent location makes it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. A taxi to Xinghai Square only costs around 10-20 RMB. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and leisure options in the vicinity. **Ambiance:** The hotel boasts a 'light luxury' design, which feels very comfortable and inviting. It's impeccably clean, fresh, and hygienic, with a complimentary fruit platter provided daily. **Facilities:** The facilities are comprehensive and include everything you'd expect. There's both a laundry room and a well-equipped gym. The on-site restaurant also serves a delicious breakfast! **Service:** The service is exceptionally warm and friendly, truly making you feel at home. The staff are polite and greet you every time they see you. Even the cleaning staff proactively offer a greeting with a smile. The only minor drawback is that it shares elevators with several other hotels, and there's no key card required to access floors directly, which could be a slight security concern."
