"This was my first time booking a serviced apartment, and the room was much larger than I expected. Even though the hotel is nearly 10 years old, the facilities are well-maintained. It's fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, kitchenware, and tableware. The toiletries were even my favorite Atelier Cologne 'Pomelo Paradis'! The hotel is also super thoughtful; it's located just 200 meters from the marathon start line, and they prepared a special 'cheer-up' breakfast pack for all guests, regardless of whether they'd booked breakfast. The cleaning lady was very warm and friendly. There's direct access from the building to the neighboring mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. This will definitely be my top choice next time I visit Dalian."

"The room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view from the large windows. It's right opposite Pavilion, and there's an underground passage directly from the hotel so you don't even have to brave the cold outside. Housekeeping came to clean every day, and ordering takeout was super convenient – a robot even delivered it right to my door! One night I was really craving a can of peaches. I ordered some via delivery, but I couldn't open the can myself. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and enthusiastically twisted it open for me. I really appreciate it – they saved my late-night craving! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian!"

She proactively communicated with me about my check-in preferences, and knowing I was on a business trip, she specifically helped me reserve a quiet room not facing the street, so I wouldn't be disturbed at night or during the day while working. During check-in, she was patient and thorough throughout, making the process quick and efficient. She remembered my invoice details and prepared the invoice for me in advance. Knowing I still had work to deal with during my trip, Lisa frequently checked in on my stay, which was very thoughtful. She would proactively replenish drinking water and toiletries. Lisa not only made excellent arrangements beforehand, but also patiently helped resolve any issues I had during my stay, promptly and with a gentle attitude, never being perfunctory. I was feeling a bit tired and unwell, which is common when traveling for business, and Lisa promptly checked on me and brought hot honey water and fruit. It was truly a lifesaver and made me feel incredibly warm. Thanks to Lisa's attentive arrangements, combined with the hotel's excellent environment and service, my entire stay was exceptionally comfortable and worry-free. My biggest thanks go to Lisa; she considered every detail and was so thoughtful and meticulous, truly putting herself in the guest's shoes. The next time I come to Dalian for business, I will undoubtedly choose Shangri-La Dalian again!"

"I've been in Dalian for several days, and I've stayed at Henrui and other hotels before. Compared to those, the New World Dalian Hotel is truly worth staying at. Five-star rating for sure! What impressed me most was the service. All the staff members were exceptionally warm and genuine. Whether it was the front desk, the restaurant, housekeeping, or any other hotel staff, their attitude was consistently excellent. It wasn't just superficial politeness; they were truly sincere, which made for a very comfortable stay. The room was also very spacious and bright. The hotel arranged a room with a view of Renmin Road, and the view was fantastic. The room itself was clean and tidy, making for a very relaxing experience. When we checked out, the staff were incredibly thoughtful. They proactively helped us with our luggage and even loaded it into our car. The whole process was very considerate.
