"The room was spaciois, comfy bed and extra pillows readily available. Location was also nice. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Courteous guards. Gym was great
However, the front desk officer made a mistake for giving us a room not yet available so waited for an extra minute in thw hallway to change our room. It seems ur request whwn booking was not read.
Need a deep cleanijg and brushing in the shower area
Presence of molds in the floor was quite evident. Overall, still recommendable."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process.
While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay.
I would recommend this place."

Breakfast is very good also
We have booked to stay there twice now and will be booking again
The only downside is that they close the doors at 9pm so if you like the nightlife you'll be locked out just something to think about when booking"

"If you think of the Philippines with white beaches, palm trees and endless sea views, you should not be here, but we want to have a great place to escape the busy city of Davao and enjoy service, good food and rest. Nice rooms with private garden and terrace. Great beautiful park and very nice maintenance
And of course you can swim in the sea with views of the world city of Davao."

Mmatteo patalocchiRoom is good, new, bathroom was large with huge shower. No tv channels. Hotel is generally clean, a air breakfast buffet on top floor with wonderful view of the sea and city.

IIvan KraljThe hotel has a great location, if you are just catching a flight. The terminal is at a walking distance.
Room is spacious and comfortable, i only felt certain areas could have been a bit cleaner, as there were food crumbles scattered around desk.
Maybe it was cleaned in a rush, as they forgot to even put the towel in, but i got it after a request.
In the bathroom, there is hot water, but only hard soap and shampoo available, no body shower gel.
Prepare to have 500 pesos for the key deposit. But also, they were flexible when i said i am leaving the country, and would prefer not to have a cash leftover (dont do my mistake, you still need to pay the airport terminal fee in cash - 784 pesos!).
I decided to spend my last banknotes on food. Frankly, the shop in the hotel building is so overpriced, that I rather walked 5 minutes back toward town, and bought some snacks at 7/11, much more affordable.
You can buy instant noodles and make them with the hot water from the hotel corridor. There's a water heater in the room also (for instant coffee), but you would have to bring drinkable water. Well, there were even instant noodles offered in the room, but i didnt see utensils available (spoon, or fork, or anything of such).

FFabian TheodorThe glory days are long gone. Amenities from the early 90's or 80's? The beds too soft and bouncy. No floor mats, no small towels, just basic stuff missing. The staff is nice and helpful, but the hotel has not aged well. Tbh there are better places for less money in Davao.

DDuckyduckduckHop Inn is newly open. I’ve been here twice on August 2024 & Feb. 2025, so I could never go wrong . They have a water dispenser at the hallway that serve hot and cold. The location is not bad depends on your errand around the City but it can take primary public transportation to reach other destination. Mc Donald is right in front of the hotel, SM Lanang is one ride away, SSS & Malasakit Center is just beside the hotel. Sso
