"It's an average type of hotel unfortunately it lacks some of the amenities that I'm looking for in a hotel. There is not elevator and you need to take the stairs to go up. Also there is no shampoo and only a small soap provided. The receptionists were good and accomodating."

"The room was not that spacious but was perfectly designed. It was also very clean, even from the reception area and I had good assistance with my concerns and requests.
The accommodation was very close to SM Lanang and was close to the airport as well. Definitely a must book place."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process.
While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay.
I would recommend this place."

"We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for.
When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem.
Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate."

The only downside is that they close the doors at 9pm so if you like the nightlife you'll be locked out just something to think about when booking"

Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a breathtaking view. We spent hours lounging on our private balcony, sipping refreshing drinks and simply soaking in the beauty of our surroundings.
The hotel's amenities were exceptional. We spent a relaxing afternoon by the pool, the turquoise water sparkling under the warm sun. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
But the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Each meal was a culinary masterpiece, a delightful symphony of flavors and textures. AAizhaneiroWe stayed in Apo view hotel for a couple of days and enjoyed time spent there.
Firstly, the room was very spacious, clean and had a lot of light.
Secondly, the bed was comfortable and big.
Finally, they had delicious menu and swimming pool.
There were also downsides:
Our neighbors were very loud and we could hear them well since sound proofing was bad.
Hot water 🚿 we have been waiting it for a while, all you need to do is to tap a shower and wait… after 10 minutes or so you will get hot water, but there is a problem of water wasted…
We didn’t know that there was a ****** downstairs, but it was a bit strange to see it.
Overall, our stay was great 👍🏼

GGuest UserEverything was good. The staff are very kind. When I checked in the hotel, I left the hiking stick at the bottom of the desk. It was not 10 minutes before I was given back the stick. The feelings I have during the stay are coziness and peacefulness. It has a very beautiful beach and swimming pool. It will be a good option if you're scheduled to spend a couple of days in Davao.

Wwaiwaiwai2000The only hotel close to the airport so you have no choice if u have a morning flight. I was in Room1 and wifi is very weak. Shower water pressure is also very weak. Room is not sound proof so little sleep can be enjoyed with noisy traffic on main street. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
Check your room bedsheet and amenities first time when u enter the room to avoid lost of your deposit when check out .
Staff is available 247 so i dont get why trip.com insist that check in must be done before 9pm.
Massage place and joilibee are available within walking distance to hotel.

JJesse AcasoThe staff are all very kind and helpful. Although the hotel has no cafe or restaurant, the building is surrounded with McDo, Jollibee, local bakeshop and Mercury Pharmacy and SM savermore supermarket where you can buy foods. There are many options on transportation as well to go to Abreeza mal, Gaisano mall and SM Lanang. Lastly, it's also roughly 5 kms away from the airport 😍 I really recommend this hotel.

JJean NewGreat location and friendly receptionist! Room was much better than expected (there were a few not-so-good reviews online) - big, clean and cold aircon.
Toilet was also just nice size. Overall, great value given the price and location (10 mins walk to Poblacion and Roxas Night Market, but far enough for peace and quiet at night). Would stay here again if I'm in Davao. Only downside is, there is no free bag storage after you check out. If you want to deposit your bag, you will have to book another night with them.
